Had questions, but getting someone to help was nearly impossible, the guy at the counter was more interesred in hooking up than working. Got something and will try it out, but will go elsewhere next time

I came in to do a simple body composition scan. I told Matt I was interested and he explained everything and more. Every question I had he knew the answer to and explained it in a way that anyone would understand. Legendary customer service! Matt knew more than any other nutritional employee I’ve ever spoke to.

First time stopping by the store. Was looking to get the body scan they offer at these locations and purchase some supplements. Female staff did not seem too eager to help and answer questions regarding the process. While I was downloading the app, she got a phone call, and began her full blown conversation. After about 5 minutes of waiting for her to finish her personal call, I decided to leave. She did not acknowledge or try to end her call to assist. With that said, I'll be looking somewhere else.

The BEST customer service I've had at a supplement store. Ernie and Brizzy are amazing and make me feel welcomed when I come in. Getting back in the gym is notoriously difficult but they make it easy. Great products with even better people. Highly recommend!

I'm somewhat of an athlete and I regularly buy supplements online. But every once in a while I need to get things immediately. Nutrishop has a pretty good selection and usually find what I'm looking for there.The sales associate Matt was super welcoming, friendly, professional, and personable. I love the guys energy, expertise & most of all passion. Would definitely be back based on my interaction with this individual. Keep up the excellent customer service!

Love coming here, they are friendly, knowledgeable about their products and the InBody Scan they offer (for FREE) is huge for anyone trying to get a relatively firm grasp of their improvements and macro requisites.Have and will recommend to any lifting newbies and veterans.

There is a girl who works there she is rude and always has bad attitude. She clearly hates her job and takes it out on customers. Honestly I do not recommend anyone going when she is there. When I need to buy protein I think twice from spending my money there because of her. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

How could you not love bri and Erny !!!!! Customer service A-1 the absoluteeee best out of every nutrishop you go to the experience they provide is like no other and I just moved out here from Central Valley and I've been to alotttt of shopsss !! this one is like no otherrrrrr !!!!!!!!! if you have goals there so Knowledgeable in their products and how to use them for you guys to achieve your goals truly Im going to buy every product I need and I'm literally willing to drive 30 min away just for this shop and them trust me when I say and I mean it itssss absolutely worth it !!!!
