We used to buy Novy Ranch meat at our farmers market. It's as high quality, clean and thoughtful as beef comes in LA. The steaks were awesome and the bones made the best beef broth. Ions better than Whole Foods beef. It's worth the effort to get this one.

Great selection. Staff had recommendations for preparing as well. Very helpful. I made short ribs and everyone loved them.
