We used to buy Novy Ranch meat at our farmers market. It's as high quality, clean and thoughtful as beef comes in LA. The steaks were awesome and the bones made the best beef broth. Ions better than Whole Foods beef. It's worth the effort to get this one.

We just love the beef from Novy Ranches, and the fact that the beef is grass fed is great. The quality is top of the line. The shop is great, if you have any questions they are there to help. Watch their website for specials...highly recommended!!!

Great selection. Staff had recommendations for preparing as well. Very helpful. I made short ribs and everyone loved them.
