Andy and the entire crew did an amazing job moving our family from the San Fernando valley to Ventura County. They showed up on time, were friendly, and knew exactly how to move everything - from antique furniture to bicycles. Incredibly professional and talented and made what is normally a stressful time actually enjoyable with their upbeat and can do attitude. I've used 4 different movers in the past and NMS is easily the best. They moved us faster than was estimated and everything arrived safely. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Worst moving experience ever! (Out of my 8 moves in the US so far). I purchased a full service cross country move for 20K including packing and unpacking. They packed my kitchen utensils together with dog toys and my clothes with shoes in the same boxes, everything labeled incorrectly so impossible to find items per the room names on the boxes. They didn’t unpack my boxes at all although I purchased and asked for it to be done onsite. They assembled the bed incorrectly (side panels were upside down). When I shared my feedback and requested adjustments from the office, I was asked to call their carrier Atlas’s claims center directly that is not my interlocutor at all!

I just used NMS in July 2023, to move across the Country! They were fabulous from start to finish. They were extremely responsive with all my questions, supporting my schedule and generous with supplies. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jack (Brittany, Jolene).I was incredibly reluctant to use a local /long distance carrier based on reading negative reviews and speaking with people (who made interstate moves), however, using a'Cube', renting a truck, etc., wasnt for me.My honest and fabulous dentist (Dr. Solow) recommended NMS and I was more than pleased. Ifelt it was good business sense to get one more quote from another company.I disliked the experience (from the initial phone call thru the rep coming to my home).NMS partners with Atlas Van Lines. The husband and wife team from Atlas were fabulous as well. They were extremely communicative, friendly, experienced and careful with my stuff.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NMS. Get a free quote, you won't be sorry!

The representative who did my estimate was friendly, responded quickly, and very fair and accommodating. The moving team exceeded my expectations and were beyond professional, quick, friendly, and most of all cared about my family's belongings. Nothing broken, nothing damaged, they were fast and it went super smooth. Thanks so much!

Excellent experience. Jolene was kind and helpful from the start. I was able to schedule a pack and ship within a week. Joe met me the following morning to assemble an estimate. Once again, friendly, professional, and helpful. Brittney sent me the estimate/contract and followed up to ensure I received it.Their team arrived promptly the day of and worked quickly. They completed the move four hours earlier than the estimate. I will be using their service again, and recommend them to others.

Joe came and gave us a bid. He was accurate, fast, and very courteous. We decided to go with NMS Moving and have no regrets. What a fantastic experience, the best we ever had with movers. What a relief! We moved a household and a full warehouse from Oxnard to Indian Wells, with drop-offs at our house and 3 different storage facilities. The guys could not have been nicer and were very professional. We had no worries, they knew exactly what to do, also very courteous and everything we are unpacking is in great shape. I highly recommend NMS Moving, in fact, I have recommended them: our son is moving in a few weeks and will also be using NMS Moving.

I used NMS Moving Systems to load my moving truck for a 2,200 mile trek out of California. They did a fantastic job! I had already purchased moving blankets and they used all I had. When I unloaded the truck with some help from family, there was no damage to anything. The packing job was excellent! Thank you for the great work!

I paid this company $30,000 to move my furniture from California to North Carolina. I asked for an invoice detailing the charges. It was one excuse after another. Three weeks later I contacted BBB ask them to intervene.

we hired NMS Moving to get our furnitures/belongings and storage unit moved from California to Texas . Great customer service, very polite, accurate timing in this difficult time due to Covid. the whole team from start to finish was just Super Awesome. Hard working employes, taking well care of our stuff and gazillion of boxes. Highly recommend them .Thank you team
