I had an 11 year old IMac and I got the help I needed to wipe it clean and restore it into a condition that my children could use it again to practice typing and learn computer skills. If it was not for mobile PC medics I would be throwing up he computer away and never using it again. I even forgot the password I needed to login and a few months later Mobile PC was able to tell me what it was. Highly recommend to anyone for their computer repair needs. Reliable, trustworthy, and efficient.

I wanted my laptop screen replaced after I accidentally damaged it. I found Mobile PC Medics in a google search. He said he would pick up, repair and deliver I ordered the part, and let him know. He came as promised, picked up the part and laptop and brought it back within 24 hours! Did an excellent job. Clearly a very reliable person with a great sense of service and professionalism. Highly recommend Austin for any PC/Laptop issues. Great local business!

I had files on an old, broken down computer that I could not find a way to access. Austin was able to open up the computer, pull out the hard drive, and retrieve those files. He rescued me from having to redo the work I thought I had lost, which saved me a lot of time and effort. It's nice to know Austin is out there if I have computer problems in the future! Much appreciated and highly recommended!

Austin had a pretty good idea of what the problem was just based on my description. He came out the next day, picked up my PC, and had a diagnostic and fix the same day. I had my PC back on the third day and the cost was VERY reasonable. I will definitely work with him again if needed.

Austin came on time. Did an on site diagnostic. Took the tower to the shop and had it back in 2 days. New Solid State hard drive fixed the dead one. Was very helpful listening to questions and answering them well. I had to reload the drive but that is normal . Recommend this company to anyone who needs the work done. My son Louis is who had the work done.

After doing a ton of research on updating my new 2019 iMac I decided that I needed a couple of SSD's installed in my computer. I googled Mac Service and Austin came up. I contacted him and right away we started talking options. He came to my house to pick up my computer after I purchased all of my products that I wanted. Austin made it happen! It took less than 24 hours for him to get my computer up and running and the computer runs smooth as butter. Thanks Austin for making that happen! The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star review is because when the screen was put back on it must have moved a little. There is a little bit of space where I can see the aluminum. There is also a tiny tiny chip on the bottom right hand corner but neither of these affect the performance which is incredible.

Did a great job with my PC, very responsive and keeps you updated throughout the process. Super convenient as well coming to pick up your computer and dropping it back off to you. Would highly recommend to anybody having computer issues.

Austin was very helpful and went out of his way to help save my laptop. He picked it up and dropped it off to me, got me a thumb drive and lent me a device to make sure I could get the data off. Communicates well and keeps you up to speed and was all around really nice and helpful. Really appreciate all his help, trustworthy and hard working guy.

I was having problems with my computer and googled technicians in my area and "Mobile PC Medics" came up in the top ten. After reading several great reviews I decided to give them a call and left a voicemail. Shortly thereafter Austin called back and asked what problems I was experiencing and told me he'd come later that afternoon. When Austin arrived at my home he checked my computer and said he'd have to take it with him-- he thought the hard drive might need replacing. I asked how long I would be without my computer as I'm extremely busy and Austin said I would have it back the next day, and that's exactly what happened! To say I am impressed with Austin and his work ethics is a huge understatement. He did an amazing job and I could not recommend him more highly!

I am extremely impressed with Austin of Mobile PC Medics. We have an older iMac that we wanted to give to our grandson but it was running way too slow and needed to be repaired. I had feared it would be expensive but checked out Mac repair services in our area (Simi Valley). I found Mobile PC Medics online and left a message. We got a call back the next day and Austin came to pick up our computer that afternoon. He said he was quite sure it needed a new hard drive. The price he quoted us was very reasonable. Two days later he called and said it was repaired. My grandson turned it on and it was like a brand new computer. To have this level of service including both pick up and delivery was a total bargain in my opinion. I will not hesitate to contact Austin again if needed and recommend him without hesitation.

Austin came and picked up my laptop because windows would not load properly. He found out it was a bad hard drive. He replaced the bad drive and got all my files off the old drive to the new one in just a day. Would recommend him highly.
