They lied. I paid for a car wash and waited for about 5 other cars. When I got up to the wash there was a sign that said "no pickups" I had to ask the guy behind me to move so I could get out. I went in there later and they were not nice and said yes pick up trucks can go thru but their sign says different. I'm new here and basically they communicated too bad so sad. I just filled up $130 and will not be going back. I'd rather pay higher prices and deal with honest and fair people.

The carwash is taking money but not providing car washes. The attendant said it’s been consistently doing that but instead of putting a cone in front of it, he’s continuing to allow people to insert money and receive nothing. I will be canceling my carwash memebership and not returning for gas.

I hope they do something about customer service here. I went today and asked if I could pay half cash and half with my card.. the lady working today July 14th 2023 at 3pm absolutely RUDE!! first she says NO we can't do that.. I said ok let me pay with my card. But I got upset do to her attitude so I said you know never mind. So she says ok get out of here.. The nerve!!! Ewww nasty attitude I worked customer service and I would never say that to my customers. I hope you guys fix that issue In your store. Clearly she doesn't like her job. I went across the st and the girl explained how we could do it and we did it.

Lady was so freaking rude. I asked her how to use rewards, her reply…”figure it out” asked her to scan barcode for rewards her reply…”it’s not gonna scan” I asked her why? Her response…dead silence ? DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

I purchased a car wash in April thinking I can wash it later because of the long line. I returned later that same month and it expired! The manager/ owner would not accept my paid car wash receipt. Not the best customer service. At least the clerk at the desk tried to help.

Don't care go there they're rude, especially the Hispanic cashier. She said that the car wash there it's not their responsibility. We had issues with it to call the number and complain to them. They've had issues with a car wash for long time. So you are paying for something you are not getting!!

Car needed a quick wash so I purchased the top tier package I believe it was $10. It was OK, drying process wasn't the best though left lots of water marks.
