Update: I have had my box since I moved to Simi in 2010, and I still remember when I first went into your store. Jeff is so friendly, it seams like he never has a bad day. The prices are very reasonable for everything that you get, along with the wonderful experience! This is why I will always keep coming back again and again. Thank you Jeff and family for your awesome establishment!
I have been a customer here for about 6 or 7 years I want to say. And I think that Jeff and his family are just the sweetest most helpful people! In the last several years I have watched their business grow from a small post office into one of Simi's most warm caring family owned businesses. I love everything about this place from the old fashioned candy, the new beautiful oil burners, and the purple walls pirate theme! You are all so pleasant and helpful! I look forward to another 6 or 7 years as a happy customer! Keep up the great work? Our community needs more family businesses like this one!

I drove here from Oxnard to send 2 DHL packages. The worker is friendly when I walked in. The guy scan, weight, and added a shipping pouch. Make sure you bring your shipping documents to avoid issues. They also take USPS, Fedex, and UPS parcels. My local area has a DHL service point but there are lack of reviews for parcels service and I'm wasn't comfortable dropping them off. This business will be my go to location for dropping off DHL parcels.

We have had a box here for the last few years and they are awesome. You have a key to check mail after hours and the owner is really nice. It's a great family run business we are happy to support.

I can’t imagine EVER going to the post office again. When I found this place it was a godsend. Jeff and family are the kindest, most proficient and helpful people. They truly go up and beyond to help you. They took a package I was sending to my daughter in NJ (a handmade crochet queen blanket) that was going to cost $75.00, unpackaged it for me and got the postage to $40.00. I just cried!!! Who does that?? THEY DO!! God bless them. ??

This place is an absolute gem! I use them to send all my international packages, they are knowledgeable, they are pleasant to work with and they will help you with the best price and service. They also offer mailboxes I absolutely recommend them

This place is legit! Jeff is very laid-back and professional at the same time. There is a pirate theme going on in the store so, ARRRRRrrrrrrrrr. I typically get a text stating that my package(s) have arrived with the number of boxes. Jeff also does a solid job by letting me know if it is a big box or heavy, so I can drive my Ford F350 or a small box and just take the Toy. Corolla. I am usually in & out in a blink of a eye.

Excellent service from the proprietor and his awesome daughter Kaila who performed magic on a gift wrapping job for a 3-year old princess. The price was totally reasonable and Kaila texted me when she was through. This looks like a booming business for shipping and I would definitely bring anything I needed to pack and/or ship here Definitely recommended
