We wanted Lowe's to install carpet in our rental house. They require someone to come to measure. So we scheduled that for a Friday when we were there and they didn't show up. Then they rescheduled the appt, without asking me, to a time that didn't work for me. I told them the new time didn't work but they didn't end up cancelling the appt and I ended up getting a call from the measurement guy saying he was on his way! I told him I had cancelled that appt. Lowe's said they were only in my area Tuesday and Thursday but the guy said that wasn't true.
I then called Lowe's to make sure they would even install my carpet because I already had a good pad installed. After several tries and navigating their extensive phone system I finally got someone who said no. No they won't install carpet if they don't install a brand new pad for "liability reasons"!
They could have told me that before!
An absolute failure.
I got someone off Craigslist that will install the carpet with the existing pad.

I stopped by this Lowes in the morning to pick up my online order. I found parking easily here because it's in a big plaza and there wasn't a lot of customers here yet. They have some bbq grill in the front along with some flowers. When you walk in, you'll see a little gazebo which looks nice. I took a quick look at their cleaning supplies here because I was interested in some stainless steel cleaning supplies. The prices are higher compared to other stores so I don't know if they'll price match. The online pickup is next to the entrance behind the customer service area. I checked in through the mobile app so they already had my product ready. The customer service I experienced here today was great.

We decided to change our carpet in the library, and went to Loves. We were greeted by a very friendly and friendly girl. Her smile and professional approach inspired confidence in us and we finally decided not to go anywhere else and make our choice here. Her name is Lauren We ordered it, they came to us and measured it, of course we were a little dumbfounded when the 220 fit library suddenly asked for more than 400 fit carpet. But they explained it to us very clearly, and regardless of how much we agreed or not with their arguments and explanations regarding the charge for more than 400 fit carpet, we still decided to order, and our Lauren with a charming “million dollar smile” placed our order. Thank you Lauren for your professional and very decent approach to your business. It is very interesting that in Lovsa the employees of any department are friendly and always ready to help. By the way, in the department of the same carpet, we also met a young man, very modest and very worried about clients, unfortunately I don’t know his name. But Lauren probably knows him, because he accurately conveyed all our requests to Lauren. I don’t know if it’s possible or not to post a photo, but I’ll still post a photo of a nice person a professional in her field, Lauren. Thanks a lot.

Lauren in flooring is amazing! I ordered from Northridge and my order was cancelled. I called Santa Clarita (both stores) and they were unable to help me. Lauren understood I was in a jam. I was trying to finish a big project, but my flooring was no where to be found! She was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. She literally saved my project and went above and beyond to track down the product I needed, which was no easy task on her end. Most would of said "sorry, we don't have that" and moved on, but Lauren truly cares. Good customer service is not dead! Thanks again Lauren!

In 2022 we bought an oven from Lowes in Simi Valley. They convinced us to open a Lowes American Express credit card and we did. When we got the bill, they had charged us for three ovens. We put it in dispute, but here it is 2024 and it still is not resolved. Today we had to cancel ALL our American Express credit cards as they said they had not received all the paper work they needed in the dispute time frame. That's crazy!!! And not true. We have been fighting this for 2 years, but the manager I talked to today at Amex was no help and I said just cancel all our Amex cards. Very disappointing that they would not see this through to the end and help us.
