These guys are awesome ! After being lied to by HTTL, these guys took my Yukon, replaced my transmission cheaper then HTTL quoted for a "used no warranty transmission". Even after I started driving it, I had 4x4 issues. They fixed my transfer case at cost. I cannot possibly express how happy I am with Leons

Everyone here was kind, informative and professional. No one ever wants to have their transmission rebuilt but they did a great job and had it done in half the time other places quoted. Highly recommend!

Julio the manager at this location is very incredibly helpful and such a fantastic customer service. Matter what it is he will help you get you back on the road and provide any type of service in the transmission that you need. these guys know what they're doing and these guys are incredible. Julia is one of the nicest guys I've ever met and will always be there with you every step of the way with your car services to make sure your transmission is back on track. I cannot recommend these guys enough for anybody that needs help. These guys are very professional, hard workers and does not cut corners at all. If there's an issue that may happen it will adjust it fix it and make sure it's perfect again the way it was.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Never will I take a car there again. I gave them a second chance because first experience wasn't the greatest. Second chance was even worse. Lied about pricing. Not very customer friendly people. And not willing to be helpful. Don't have any problem with mechanics but the manager julio is terrible to talk to. Not friendly at all. Even threaten us to take a military discount off the price. Don't recommend going to these people ever.

Going to Leon's transmission service is like going into a neighborhood of people you know and trust! These are down home friendly professionals and I believe are an asset to people that need help with their transmission in Simi Valley.

i took my red chevy cobalt to leon's twice: #1) i hit a curb & damaged pan. repaired + fluid & filter. $366.72; #2) a couple of years later my regular mechanic was concerned about something and sent me back where fluid and filter added. $173.12 *both above very fair! i am very comfortable with their care and competence: recently purchased an additional used car--in 3000 miles intend to bring it to leon's for transmission fluid "change" + filter!

These guys were awesome! Thanks Zack! I took my 2014 Ford focus SE hatchback in because the transmission was leaking. Come to find out it was engine oil from my timing case. Zack diagnosed the issue gave me a call and didn't charge me since no work needed to be done. Got to love an honest auto mechanic!
