The owner Told me I couldn't purchase anything when I walked in. He then asked me what I needed and I said one swisher sweet...Which is about 1.25 or so. He said if I left $3 cash I could get the swisher but need to leave. Second time going in was because I just finished at the gym (Golds) next door. I was trying to grab a redbull and was completely kicked out. I'm starting to think they're doing some illegal activities. Regardless I was treated horrible both times. be careful at places like this.

If I could I would give in no stars. Great location. But there is definitely something not right here. I have been in here 3 times now. The older man that works up front has not let me buy anything multiple times. This time it was because supposedly because the FDA wants him to clean and the only thing we could buy is lottery tickets. And this is not the first time. There must be something illegal and definitely some kind of prejudice going on here that he can afford to turn good paying patrons away. There are so many liquor stores in Simi Valley. This is not the one to go to ever. I am blown away by their blatant prejudice and possibly racism (toward all kinds of people). He obviously doesn't need the business because something not quite right is going on him.

This is run by some people who do illegal things here at the store . It's highly suspicious the older man in the front is just a really bad , evil person . He always doesn't scan his product , instead , he enters his own price when you check out . Cigarettes are never the same price , he always goes back and forth about 50 cents . Sometimes he charges you the wrong pack of smokes and charges you the price anyways . I had to yell at the old guy I come here everyday for the same damn pack of smokes . He yells in my face , I've never seen you before ! There was a worker for the lottery when I was about to check out, he wanted to make it seem legit maybe ? But man , when he said he had never seen me ? When I come everyday to him for the same smokes . Wow. I really dislike this guy and his products . Hope you have a painful outing old man .

Was this Elderly abuse...!?! Let me give you one of the BIGGEST reasons NOT to patron this place. Earlier today, at about 2:30pm two guys were assaulting this older, elderly man in this small single cab, red GMC pickup truck outside of Larwin Square Liquor... They were punching, pushing and kicking this Elderly man... the man was IN TEARS asking them to stop. Turns out one of the men that was involved was the man behind the counter of Larwin Square Liquor. When he asked "how is your day" while cashing in some lotto tickets, it couldn't be helped but to reply with nothing more than disgust at what was just witnessed... the guy running the store just replied "that's my uncle, he had a stroke and we are training him... he wouldn't get in the truck, so we are training him..." THIS OLD MAN, THIS man's UNCLE, FLESH AND BLOOD, WHO HAD A DAMN STROKE, WAS BEING BEATEN BY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS to get into the cramped center seat of the small truck... and it was all just chalked up to "training" his uncle. Last time I checked, no one needs to be beaten... not to mention those who do suffer a stroke usually lose a good portion of their motor skills. Hoping there was footage from the security cameras on the backside of Bank of America that caught it all... or, a few more witnesses

Great location, right on LA Ave. I quit smoking two years ago using e-cigs and this is the best location to buy replacement cartridges. The employees behind the desk are always cheerful and helpful.

I went with my mother to this dirty liquor store to cash some $183 worth of lotto tickets(they have a good selection). The clerk right away says he only has $40 cash, we say ok then just scan $40 worth and we will buy $10 in lotto tickets. Before I new it he was at $100. I said you can give us the rest, he says he has got it. At the end we had to argue with the man to get him to pay us the cash, he wanted us to spend the full $183 at his store. Not worth the hassle, I would not go back.
