Very very friendly and professional. Actually went in for a simple fix for a small screw to connect a piece to a pocket knife. The owner helped me himself and fixed it perfectly. Didn't charge me at all. And we also had a very good conversation. All in all I appreciate such interactions and will definitely come back.

I have used this business over the last ten years for jewelry repair, ring sizing, and ring purchases. I have been very happy with their professionalism and quality of work. They are also a great place to have batteries changed in my watches. I definitely recommended this business.
