I normally file my own taxes, this year I decided to get some professional help. Jeri Miller was a true professional. We had a phone consultation which is free of charge with no obligation and she was able to give me advise on how I can help myself when it came to federal taxes. She advised me on the changes I need to make on my W4. During the phone consultation, she told me she wouldn't be able to save me any extra money because I did everything correctly on my own. I appreciated the honesty, she could have easily called me in and charged me money for filing or advising but she didn't. I would definitely recommend her and will use her for any further tax purposes.

I have always done my own taxes but this year my situation became a convoluted mess due to the sale of property and investment returns. I contacted Jeri Miller and had a no-charge preliminary meeting with her wherein she explained how best to address my tax situation and gave me a very fair price for doing so. In addition, she told me exactly what documents to bring when it was time to actually do my taxes so only one trip was necessary. When we met to do my taxes she was efficient and thorough and we were able to finish them much quicker than I have ever been able to do my myself. Further, she charged me the exact fair price she had previously quoted. Five stars well deserved!

She is very knowledgeable and easily moves through the paperwork with complete understanding. She is a warm, kind and thoughtful person doing a difficult task. The expectation is she is a trained professional and knows all the tax laws. She does this but having someone who emotes concern, and understanding is a bonus! It was a pleasurable experience and we will continue to go to Jeri with our taxes.

If you need someone to help you with tax questions, hands down, Jeri is the best! She takes the time to tell you what's required and what's not necessary and will end up saving you hundreds on tax preparation due to her efficiency and knowledge. She won't oversell you on anything that's not needed--very rare to find!

The IRS can be very intimidating when they call or show up at your front door. Jeri is the answer to dealing with IRS issues and getting them resolved quickly. The first step in taking action is to contact Jeri. Her confidence and knowledge helped put the IRS agent at bay and gave me the time I needed to get my act together. In two months all was resolved and after going through my poorly prepared returns found errors that resulted in the IRS having to send me checks. I will always have Jeri prepare my returns in the future. Don't wait and hope the IRS will forget you. Call Jeri and get her between you and them. Thanks Jeri!
