I was a little hesitant at first about going to this shop, just because I've never heard about it, but I am very happy with the way everything came out! Everyone was very nice and the service was awesome. I highly recommend this autobody shop! If I could give them more stars I would!

We took our daughter's car there after an accident. They were very friendly and helpful and communicated with us regularly as needed. The car was repaired in good time and it looks great. The accident was unfortunate but our experience there was the silver lining. Would highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service, beautiful work. Craig the owner truly cares about your car and his customers. He coordinated everything with insurance and helped get my repairs approved. My car literally looks new! Oh and another surprise is that they detailed my car inside and out as a curtesy after my car had been sitting in another shop's yard for 2 months. This shop is knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. Don't hesitate to select Iron Horse!!!

The woman receptionist is very kind but the owner is very rude! I went in to do an insurance claim here - Wanted to support a local business and the owner was very rude when I asked if I could use Wi-Fi and stick around during the repair. There are lots of homeless people wandering around outside the facility and I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a valuable vehicle.I wound up going with Caliber Collision in Goleta where everyone is polite and there’s a wonderful waiting facility and no gang of creepy homeless people outside

Craig & Amy are amazing . These two do what they say and say what they do. Craig took car of my ride from start to finish. The shop down the street from them Caliber did me wrong and Craig picked up the pieces and took care of business. I ordered new rims & tires from Americas Tire Co. and he had the driver drop off and pick up when they came in. Craig went above and beyond.

They did a good job fixing my car. I am just disappointed because my car has a small dent on the right side from a man hitting my car with a store cart. The day I took it in, the guy helping me offered to fix it. When I received it, everything looked good except the right side. Either he forgot what he said he would fix. I was just shy to ask what happened. I left and called my insurance to find out I had to go through another claim to fix that minor. I had told my insurance claim agent what had happened at the shop and he said "You should take it back and have them fix for what they promised". I never went back because I tend to be shy to ask for help when I have already done so. They are very friendly whatsoever, yet to this day I feel sad because my car looks pretty in shape just that small dent bothers me at times. Then again, I hardly drive so let's see when I fix it.

I would give 1000 stars if I could. From top to bottom, front to back, these guys are without a doubt the best in the biz. If you're a car person like I am, you know when someone is blowing smoke up your A** about what's needed to be repaired, how long and how much....not so with Craig and his professional staff. I stopped by Iron Horse based on location and name as I was in the area when I needed help, I'm glad I did. If I was 5 hours away, knowing what I know now, I'd make the drive. Excellent work! Whatever I need in the future this is my spot. Thank you to Craig, Will & David.
