H&R BLOCK Moorpark.... Terrible from the beginning, promised my return would be done by the evening I dropped off documents and it took 3 days, I asked for fees to be taken after refund was sent and the balance directly deposited into my bank account. IRS did get it processed and deposited into THEIR bank account -small owed amount, H & R block never added my account info to the return so all my funds went to their bank and they said they mailed my portion but it hasn't shown up...in 12 days! The whole purpose of choosing direct deposit is the quickest way for getting your money, these people don't care at all that I'm dealing with chronic health conditions and now creditors harassment.

I just called H&R Block couldn’t understand whoever answered the phone so I asked to transfer me to someone else and got hung up on… taking my money elsewhere

Should’ve been e-Filed like I was told before filing but was told after upon pickup (yes during Covid there was no in office appt) I had to mail, was charged more than previous year but told (Jalpa) it’s still e-deposit & should receive in 3-5 weeks. That was March 2021, now nearly June. IRS search status shows nothing & this H&R office now says because it was mailed it takes 3-4 months.
