Stayed here overnight while working in the area. The front desk was okay, not to friendly or inviting. The property is a motel configuration. 1 elevator and staircases at most corners. My room looked like it needed a remodel. Had a smoke smell . It seems more like it's a perfect spot for construction workers. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property if you're with family.

Excessively loud traffic if you're located on a street side unit. I specifically ask them for a room that faces the interior and they put me on the street side.
Be prepared to hear traffic until 2:00 a.m. racing up and down the road

The service was simply impeccable from the front desk receptionist to the floor staff in the dining room. Both people were very friendly, accommodating & went above & beyond to make the stay pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast had a bunch of options, and the kitchen staff was very attentive and friendly. Check in and checking out was pretty easy and fast. Double Queen room was very spacious, and clean. Pool area was very clean as well. Wall were a little thin, we could hear our neighbors watching a football game(didn't bother us too bad, because it was during the day). They had a nice snack area right by the elevator. It was in a nice location right off the highway, and had a Carl's JR in the next parking lot(walking distance). Overall a very nice stay, would recommend, and would stay again.

WINNER TRULY DESERVING! THE HOTEL IS CLEAN, NEAT AND TIDY. EVERY SINGLE staff member had a smile on their face. (Unheard of these days). To a family of an AMAZING young adult special needs loved one, we wish we would have stayed there a long time ago! I DEFINITELY plan on returning, and referring friends family and co-workers. Breakfast in the morning was hot fresh and delicious! If you are debating on whether to stay here or not, I say go for it.!! . You WILLL NOT be disappointed.. (Also we're PLEASANTLY Surprised that *NO FOUL ODORS* did we encounter.. Not in our rooms or hallways during our ENTIRE stay.*)* WE even STOOD HERE A FEW EXTRA DAYS, THAN EXPECTED! (Awesome shopping across from the hotel for "*GAMERS*"and MOMS...)Every staff member we encountered had a big smile and their face & a warm greeting especially to MY YOUNG ADULT child w special needs) He actually enjoyed himself so much that he got in the pool, (AWESOME ACCOMPLISHMENT!) THE STAFF treated MY SON LIKE FAMILY and that means the world to ME

So the low rating is strictly facility related. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was decent and included with the room.The hotel itself is rather dated. The interior court where the pool is is pretty nice, but the exterior gives you a run down motel feeling. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for the price I paid for this one. Overall, probably not the worst Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in but it would be no where near the top. Probably nothing a good remodel wouldn’t help.

Friendly staff, large rooms and standard accommodations. With only one elevator, stay on the 1st floor if mobility is an issue.
Noteworthy details: Rooms with the suite are huge. Plenty of space for a family plus there's two bedrooms.

The guy at front desk was extremely rude while checking in wish I had his name. He all in my wallet looking in it concerned about my credit cards being sarcastic. He told me he was giving me the best room in the house, it it wasn't. I paid for a pool view and did not get a pool view the room was dirty it only had one set of towels. The Jacuzzi was leaking it smelled in the room it was dirty. I literally had to go buy bleach to clean the room myself. He complained and bitched at me when I requested more towels since it was more than one person in the room He also put us in a adjoining room which I did not request nor did i get my pool view. He was the worst. I will never go back to that hotel unless he is not there and the rooms are clean and the jacuzzi works. Just horrible!

Very clean rooms. Excellent service. Wonderful breakfast. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express if you need somewhere to stay.

Rooms are clean. The hotel is nice, quiet. There is breakfast included. Very, very good, hot, great variety, breakfast foods, juice and coffee. Surprisingly good! Reasonable price for this area. Easy access from the 118 freeway. I would stay here again.
