I didn't actually have service with them, I just called to see if they would be able to handle the tax return that I was presenting and to get a jump start on next years taxes, and it was almost like they didn't want my business. We went to Sarah after our great accountant moved. She was referred to us so we were excited to do business with her. Initial conversation seemed promising but we were wrong. We were advised she would only be taking online filings which was not a problem. We had to file on her link which was a nightmare. Not accurate at all. When we contacted her for clarification and clarity she completely was dismissive, rude, and advised us she was working on other clients files and that we had to wait for our turn which would be in two weeks. What followed was a bombardment of emails requesting documents with again no clarification. Every time, it was another email asking for more stuff. A lot of time was spent going back and forth for clarity when it could have been done in one email requesting all info. She was very unprofessional, called us liars, yelled at us, cut us off in middle of sentences, and would refuse to answer any questions. She would speak to you in a demeaning manner as if you should know the answers and you were wasting her time. She screwed up on our taxes and blamed us for her mistake. We have never had our taxes rejected, this was a first. When we tried to get clarification she yelled at us and hung up on us. Later she apologized and called us rude in the same apology. Just to be clear she did refund our money, which was higher than what she had initially quoted. We are now looking for a new accountant to fix her mistake. Two months wasted. We would never use her again! Run! Find any other accountant.

I was referred to Sarah Horn by a relative, I'm so glad I used her services this year to better prepare my taxes. Within the last year my husband and I worked towards growing a business and limiting our liability. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind to take the time in explaining valuable information which limits our liability and maximizes our assets. If you're looking for competence and someone who genuinely cares to explain anything you may be unsure about tax wise go to Sarah, I would recommend her services to everyone.

I love the electronic platform they use; it is easy to just answer questions and - with no gnashing of teeth -I have a tax return all ready. Beth is wonderful to work with and the company is always striving to improve services. They have my business for life!
