I can’t tell you how long I’ve looked for an honest auto shop around Simi Valley. The dudes here are trustworthy and honest with your car’s needs. They never try to upsell anything bogus and they are upfront with the work that they do. Seriously, give them a try and you will see. I don’t trust my car with anyone else. The owners are good people and they do great work.

These guys are seriously awesome! We get honest, fair, fast and affordable service every time we bring our cars to them. All the staff we’ve worked with have been so polite and helpful. Best place in SoCal to take your car!

Always a pleasure going here! The whole staff is friendly and most importantly honest. Never have I ever been pressured to get something I didn’t need or told that something needed to be fixed or replaced that didn’t need too! It’s rare to find honest mechanics and the guys here are some of the few! Great people, great service, great prices!

A BIG shout-out to High Tech Car Care at 2031 Donville Ave in Simi Valley. After losing my mechanic of 52 years (my husband) who was very skilled & took excellent care of my car, finding a new auto repair place that I could trust, would be reliable and could get my car fixed in a timely manner was an unnerving and stressful task. I am so relieved to have found this auto repair shop. They are kind, respectful & skilled. My brakes feel so good & I feel safe anticipating a road trip. Thank you High Tech Car Care team!

Recently both my car and my wife’s car needed smog checks in order to renew our registrations. I took one of the cars to the place closest to us and it was a fine experience but nothing outstanding. I also had a feeling their prices were a bit high. Later that week when I took the other car in I put a bit more effort into searching around and found High Tech Car Care. They were quick, easy to work with and significantly more affordable. Beyond that they took the time to answer some questions I had about the flex fuel I’ve seen becoming more available in Simi Valley.
Fast forward a few months and it was time for me to get an oil change. I’ve always taken my car to the dealership but at over 100,000 miles on it it’s well out of warrantee and the dealer has always been both hard to make an appointment with and expensive. On a hunch I called High Tech. Turns out they are a first come first serve business and I was able to get in the next day. They changed my oil for literally half the price! Beyond that they were, once again, very professional and personable and took the time to answer my questions about hybrids this time. Even better, while waiting for my car I was able to witness their interactions with a number of customers; unfailingly they were polite, professional and knowledgeable with all of them. I’m actually hesitant to write this recommendation as I already have a possessive desire to keep them a secret. But excellent local companies in Simi deserve at least a shout out and I’m happy to say High Tech was excellent.
