“First time customer. Mixed review which I will revisit & review again upon final completion of sale. I special ordered a new site product. I waited a week to pick it up. I never received a call that it came in so I decided to drive over and see if it came in today. At the counter they said it came in but couldn't find it set aside. The employee than walked over to the site cabinet and it looked like he picked one out from the shelf. In my opinion, It looked like a demo one to be honest because everything in box was disorganized and not sealed. The glass also looked not clean. I rejected the sale and requested another to be ordered. Disappointed to say atleast. Im considering a potential membership and some other things. Not a great start. Update: Manager called me a short period afterwards and made everything right. I pick up next week. Customer service improved. Thank you”

Not only do they do an 80/20 split on consignment, they are super nice and knowledgeable here! One of the guns is worth quite a bit of money and not on the Ca roster. Marybeth and Tim know all about great customer service. I was waiting a week for a call back from another local place after calling daily with no response.
