THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!! Brought in a Subaru wrx with a nail in the dead center of the tread and was told they COULD NOT patch it in the center. They changed my tire with a new one and charged me $150 for something that should have been a quick fix but instead a quick buck for this shop. Don’t come here if you want to SCAMMED

I will never go anywhere else to get tires for our cars. Eddie is so fair with pricing. Service is friendly and efficient, and all I have to say is if you get your tires from them, they take EXCELLENT care of you. I had a huge nail/screw that punctured my tire. I called Eddie up, and he told me to bring my car by, and I was in and out of there in no time.
Hands down, best tire place to go to.
YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

i would not recommend this place at all. After being quoted a ridiculous amount for shocks and breaks, 5 minutes after they stated the job I told them to stop the work. they then told me they have to bill me $200 to stop and put back on two panels in the back, that pop off and the tires back on. This place is a rip off scam. I went ahead and let them finish the job, which is also told me would include an alignment, they never did it. The topper was driving on the freeway and hit 65mph and I noticed one or more of the tires I also purchased was not balanced. I took it somewhere else and paid more for a tire Balance.

Took my truck to Grand American tire for a new transmission
I was quoted by the mechanic Vick price for a new one a price for it a refurbished one or a price for a used one I went for the new one
We agreed on a price . I dropped off before memorial day weekend. I think it was a week before.. I picked it back up. The price was way different than we spoke about. I got down the street and my truck wasn’t right brought it back to them picked it back up on Saturday. They said the truck was fixed. I had my truck detailed on Sunday. didn’t really drive. It drove it to take the kids to school. Truck still didn’t run. Wright dropped back off to Vick.. goes by. He had to replace my front axle and two motor mounts. Don’t know why.
Pick my truck back up still doesn’t run right had it bring it back to Vick trucks at Ford almost Fourth of July weekend and nobody knows when I’m getting my truck back
To make insult injury, I had it completely detailed on Sunday when I picked it up the second time, hoping it was gonna be right
The mechanic put fingerprints all over the front of my white truck and my truck is still broken. Don’t recommend this place. It would never go here again.

I called 4 other tire shops in Simi asking a question about a specific Michelin tire for my Subaru Forester. Everyone was very nice, but didn't have the information I needed. I called Grand American Tire and Julio did the research and explained the tire I was asking about didn't have the feature I wanted. He then suggested another tire which was a good fit for what I was looking for. He also called the manufacturer to confirm the features for me. I paid for the tires over the phone and the tires arrived and Were Installed The Same Day. Partly what compelled me to buy the tires at Grand American (and not shop price) was that he didn't push me to buy the tires. I also chose to buy them at Grand American Tire because their service is SO FAST! I went back the next day to have the alignment done because their price was half of what the dealership charges. My car is riding smoothly and now I know where to take it for reliable, fast and economical service. Highly recommend you give them a try!

Needed tires so I called around the town and found Grand American to give me the best price. The service was great, in and out quick. The salesperson, Julio, was great and took care of me on a follow up service call. Highly recommend them if you are looking for tires in the area. By the way, the place is like an old-fashioned tire shop, couches, TV with magazines on the table, nothing fancy.

I was charged 600 to get my serpentine belt replaced / brakes at this place about a year ago. I started to hear a noise months after getting my belt replaced / brakes. Didn’t think much of it. I had somebody else check it out recently and was told that my brakes were bad and that my belt was bad as well. Don’t come here!
