Same complaint as many others, said they would send it for demo, then would not return emails or phone calls to return it. Our rural volunteer fire department had to eat the cost of some worthless merchandise that wasn't in our budget after they threatened to send it to collections even after we messaged and called numerous times to return during the supposeded window.. this all stems from the fact that we didn't want what they were trying to sell and sent it anyways.

Great family owned company. Their glass cleaner and instashine are wonderful. With everything being corporate it's nice finding an independent company that will give you real customer service when you call. A rarity nowadays.

Terrible company, you don't know what you are signing up for. Pushy sales representatives that act like they're giving you products to try and then charge you for them. No returns after 30 days and I received my invoice over the 30 day mark. Steer clear and don't do business with them!!

SCAM!Offer to have you try their product with no commitment to buy - but they send you a bill anyway and then make threats if you dont pay! 100/10 would not recommend!

Salespeople are incredibly pushy and persistent. When I reiterated that we were not interested, the salesman stated "You are giving me more no's than my wife did last night." Not only is that incredibly inappropriate, negging is not the most effective way to gain sales. If we weren't interested before, we certainly aren't now. We have no interest in working with a company that allows its sales people to be so wildly misogynistic.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I have literally had the worst sales experience with this company. Very unprofessional!I had my suspicions when buying some portable work lights. They described them as a wonder light that was the best thing ever. After receiving them, I realized that they were the same light that our local Napa sells for a third of the cost. You can find them on Amazon for a sixth of the cost. That was my fault for not doing research and for taking the salesman's word for it.Then, over the past several weeks, I have received 2 additional sales calls for products.The first sales person flat out hung up on me after I told them "no" when I was asked if I would buy thousands of dollars worth of a product. I told them I couldn't justify the expense because it was too late in our budget cycle. I then called the office back and told the company to place us on their do not call list.The second sales person called earlier today (7/10/23), after the do not call list request. I let him know that we had been placed on the do not call list. He said he didn't know about that, but then continued to try a talk sales. He brought up the work lights that we purchased earlier this year. I told him they were good lights, but that they were entirely too expensive compared to other vendors. He told me I was "comparing apples to oranges." I told him I did research and they were the same product, down to the same model number. He said, "agree to disagree." I'll admit, I'm not the brightest crayon in the box, but I can read a model number. I told him we were done and to never call again.I'll leave with this, there are a lot better companies out there with way better product choices and way better customer care.Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible, pushy sales people. Even got hung up on when they called me! Then, I had another sales person insult my intelligence saying that I was "comparing apples to oranges" on a product that we could find for much less from other vendors. I told him that I compared exact model numbers. He told me that we would have to "agree to disagree." He didn't even offer an explanation of why he disagreed with me. It surely wasn't based on market research because he would have found the exact price issues I did with a simple online search. Would give 0 stars if possible
