Absolute scam artist! They will claim you didn't pay in full and send you a collections notice. Their Technician ADRIAN PEREZ-AGUIRRE took 500$ cash from me ( I put the rest on a credit card ) and apparently stole it because the company is now claiming I still owe them 500$. I have tried to speak to store and even regional managers they all seem to be in a meeting any time I get a live person on the phone.
