Zero stars!!! The 5 reviews you see here are FAKE!!!!!!!! I paid $1,600 and my car is still having the same issue!!!!!! I went in for one problem and they did not fix it. They sold me on something else I did not need.And Dave needs to go to a class to learn how to speak to people. Don't believe the hype here. Completely inconsiderate. I wish a manager would reach out to me and I would be happy to explain what is going on. But I doubt you will see that here or via Yelp. This place is a total joke!!!!

I had two remotes whose batteries wore out the same week. I took them in, and they replaced the batteries within minutes and didn't charge me. I made an appointment for a tune-up the following week. Excellent service.

I was in the process of selling my BMW M4 CS and the buyer of my car wanted a PPI before the purchase. The buyer recommended German Auto.
I met Jimmy at the front for drop off and pick up. Jimmy was absolutely great, and he went over in detail and explained the report to me.
I highly recommend German Auto.

Great experience.
The team is professional and experienced. The servicing team initially assessed the vehicle on sight and provided an opinion based on over 10 years experience with German Cars and this was before they lifted the car connected it to computers for a detailed assessment and description of any issues or concerns they noticed.
The shop has a shuttle for neighborhood rides but in my case, they ordered for me Uber ride home because they needed to keep the BMW X5 and it could be a longer than usual wait on a work day.
1.5 hours later, I received a call from Jimmy and at the same time, a text message with an estimate listing of observations worth repairing or just due for maintenance.(It included photos and illustration videos of the issues) .
The experienced mechanic explained each item but focusing on the main issues that concerned me the most.
I needed to personally approve or decline what I prioritized for there repair or maintenance that day .
A few hours later, I received another call from Jimmy that the suspension issue had been fixed and that they had checked & observed the car for 2 hours without the failure. They recommended that I make my way back to pick the car before 5:00pm and to make the necessary payment which was priced competitively to the market rates.
This was a pleasant experience mainly because it was well priced, no upselling, very communicative and respectful for me and especially for the employees I noticed working hard at this shop.
The best experience by far from any auto shop in Southern California including dealerships. I recommend this auto shop as a 3 BMW owner for over 15 years

These guys are amazing! They really know their stuff. Don't waste your time and money going somewhere else trying to figure out what's wrong with your car. When you can take it to the German Auto Specialist and get it done in no time. They're a very knowledgeable group of people working together to fix your car. I would definatelly recommend them to everyone I know. Great place to get your car fixed.
