Our sales rep was Jeannine who was very helpful and took the time to go over each detail and price of the couches we were interested in. “Andrew was absolutely wonderful with his knowledge on the different mattresses after finding out individual sleep requirements - mattress firmness, cooling etc. There was no rush to decide. Their price is definitely higher than tempurpedic website or discount warehouses but you do get great personal service at this local Simi Valley business. The 90 day trial period is standard for that manufacturer no matter where you buy it but it's a nice perk. My only negative was their "white glove delivery" which was less than expected especially with the higher mattress price. Positives were great customer service and store selection! I still give them 5 stars despite disappointment with delivery guys.”

“We walked into Granada furniture needing a bed asap because our bed was 1. older and 2. My baby had an accident on it. So we were desperate. The entire staff including the owner at Granada Furniture were extremely nice and helpful. Price is unbeatable and amazing. This is definitely the go to furniture store and we already recommended them to our friends!”

“I had been looking around for ages for somewhere to replace the extra large cushions on our fire pit chat set (originally from Costco) and then someone recommended Sierra Pads. They are FANTASTIC - amazing personalised customer service from Anna, great communication, they sent me lots of beautiful fabric samples to choose from and then the cushions were ready exactly when they said they would be (about 4 weeks). I collected them from the warehouse and all the staff were very nice and helpful. I'd give them an extra star if I could because the very same night I got the cushions home and put them on the chairs my husband spilled oil on one of them (GAHHH!). We tried to clean it but the stain remains. I called Anna to ask if they could make me a new cover and after a couple of calls back and forth to verify whether it was just the cover, or the foam too etc. she told me that the owner had offered to send us a new seat cover for free because it was an accident. I really wasn't expecting that and I am so very grateful. This company is definitely getting my business again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Great bang for your buck! We bought 2 mattresses back in April of this year. The owner was very polite and literally let us try out almost every mattress in the store before choosing 2 new mattresses. Not only were they delivered 4 days later, they took our old ones and a bed frame at no charge. Support this business. You will not be disappointed.”

“Saw a lot of Funko Pops for different prices for the same product. I'm not a collector but was doing some holiday shopping and noticed it. I think the store is dirty and the layout is a little different from the ones I go to. The restroom for the men's is very dirty with no toilet paper in the stall; not even in the reserves. I found so many different hand baskets in most places so if you forget to get one in the front you'll find it deep within the store (very handy; lol), thank you.Bought two gifts and the prices were very reasonable.First time and last time at this location. Don't live in this city and found it when I went to Starbucks in the same parking lot. Ohhh they have a Trader Joe's in that same parking lot.12/09/23”

“The service, staff, pricing, and overall selection are good. However, the variety of product availability has been diminishing over the past six months forcing us to fulfill part of our order at competing retailers. Six months ago we would fill all of our orders at Target.”

“Last night I decided to do some shopping in target and we needed some help so we went up to the device disk and it was empty thankfully one of the cashiers went up to help us. His name was jackson absolutely a splendid young man! So nice in assisting us in finding everything we needed. Definitely went above and beyond one of the best employee experiences i've had at this target and i've been shopping here for the past 9 years and no one has come close to this level of customer satisfaction. “My husband lost his wallet 7 months ago, and he couldn't remember where he lost it. After searching for all the possible locations ( only missed this one), we gave up. We didn't expect any miracle like some one would return it. However we received a letter one day from the Target telling us that the wallet was found and locked up at the service desk. We jumped for joy. So we drove here and told the lady at service desk. She quickly retrieved the wallet which had everything as before; DL, credit cards, cash, and other things. We always liked this store, but now we have more appreciation for the wonderful staff. It's a blessing to have it in our neighborhood.”
