They truly understand what it means to give outstanding customer service and to give the gift of love through flowers. I needed assistance to get flowers to a dear friend and former co-worker in a matter of hours on behalf of myself and our company. The owner of Michael's literally jumped up and came in early to create a beautiful arrangement and get it over to the funeral home. The first thing my friend said when I arrived at her mom's memorial with a look of gratitude and astonishment was, "you sent flowers." I saw the arrangement as we respectfully departed to the cemetery. It was placed by the card basket and was so beautiful, I had not even realized it was the arrangement Michael's made with love for us until I saw my name and my co-workers' names, handwritten on the card. I also recognized it because Michael's had been so sweet and thoughtful to send me a picture of it earlier so I could take part in the joy of the gift we were giving. I loved it in the picture and the arrangement was even more beautiful in person. It meant the world to my friend and to me. This experience was priceless.”
