Flooring America was a genuine pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We spoke with Anthony initially who was very accommodating and respectful of our time and home. Pricing seemed pretty fair and installation was professionally handled by Frank (my point of contact) and I would highly recommend and already have to family/friends.

We are close to finishing a remodel of our kitchen, dining and family rooms. Flooring America were referred to us and we couldn't be happier with their customer service, selection and professionalism. Bob has been to our house initially to provide a quote and several other times to insure there were no problems. The existing travertine flooring had to be removed and then the floors leveled. Frank and his crew just finished the installation of the engineered wood. The floors look great, they had the installation work done in just two days and they left the house in immaculate condition. Frank also took care of repairing some travertine tile floors that were removed for structural work we needed done. The floors have been in the house for over 30 years. The repaired section in two different rooms blend perfectly with the existing tile. We highly recommend Flooring America.

This is our second time purchasing flooring at Flooring America in Simi. Our new kitchen ceramic tile floor was completed yesterday. Jonathan spent quite a bit of time with us to choose just the right floor. It is beautiful! The installation team, led by Frank, are true professionals. They were on time, careful, clean and provided a superior installation. By bringing in 4 guys they were finished in 1.5 days. I am very pleased...

Take care if you do work with Gerber Gomez, you go a get problems because he don't pay guys and you got a get problems with labor comisioners how a resident because the company exploits his co-workers....

The owner of this business sold me a washer and dryer set that were both broken. A complete rip off/scam, very disappointing. When I reached out to him, he did not respond. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere if it is an option.

I had called flooring America and Jonathan helped me over the phone. He gave us the lowest quote on a laminate flooring we were looking for!! We went down to his store which is 1.5hrs away but with it! Very nice and he kept the pricing the same. All the other places were marking up laminate prices just because of "high demand due to covid". He kept our flooring for about a month and picked it up today. Luis helped us load it to our uhaul truck and he was also very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!! Love our Blair flooring Versailles!

Horrible customer service! Manager was late to open store and then has the audacity to say to us, "I was only 4 minutes late. Then the manager says nothing to us as we begin to look at carpet. Zero communication. Then he goes in the back leaving us alone in the store. We left and can't imagine how they are still on business.

We recently moved into our home and had vinyl planking installed in our entire downstairs. Flooring America had very reasonable pricing and everyone who we dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. Jonathon came out and took our measurements and answered any questions we had. Frank and his team did the install and they were amazing! They were so quick and very thorough. I couldn't believe how fast he and his team were able to get the job done. Our new floors and baseboards look amazing! We are very satisfied customers and will definitely recommend to friends and family!
