Eric little office is awesome. All the staff is wonderful when I go in to pay my bill monthly. Today I really needed help with roadside assistance and I was loosing service on my phone due to battery. I spoke to Kim in Eric Little 's office she is amazing ? she took the time to help assist to call to set up the road side assistance for me on my troubled issue. I was stressed and her act of kindness really helped. Please take a moment to recognize Kim for her amazing customer service it was so greatly appreciated. Thanks again Kim.

Hello to any and all individuals that are in the market for car insurance. If you decide to choose StateFarm, please be aware of an agent by the name of Eric Little. He and his staff are the rudest, disrespectful individuals. Eric talks to you as if you're stupid and talks as if he himself is above you. Eric doesn't care about his customers he only cares about the money. Eric made a smart a** comment to me. I don't have the man power to follow up with you. Well, really, it should be customer service. He should remember that it'ss customers like me and anyone else who is putting money in your pocket, so you should extend the customer service.Again, I have had several instances with Eric Little office with rudeness, not returning calls, not trying to investigate situations for his customers. He should literally not be an agent with StateFarm, so again, I do not recommend this office. Bad business for StateFarm Insurance Company, he does not represent the insurance company in a professional manner, and neither has he trained his staff.Dawn

Our office worked with Keith Jan in Eric's office, and he has been fantastic!! We have a mutual customer that moved from California to South Carolina, and Keith was a huge help. He was quick to respond when we needed information to help make the transition between State Farm offices smooth. Eric's office offers great customer support for everyone involved!

Eric and every member of his team that I have ever interacted with have treated me like i am their most important client and with utmost professionalism. They have have always helped me solve any insurance issues that I have had. I would highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone without hesitation. I recently had an issue that Keith was able to resolve for me in a timely manner- I am very thankful to have Eric and his team there for me.

Eric and his team are top notch. It's nice to have an agent that cares for you the way they do. Always willing to answer calls and questions and they go above and beyond to make sure you fell great about being covered. Kimberly Lindsey is very knowledgeable and has always been super polite over the phone. I'm very satisfied with my renters policy here and I'm definitely going to continue recommending them to my friends and family.

I use Eric's service to insure my house. Really appreciate his candid, detailed, and timely advise. Recently Eric also evaluated my car insurance coverage and made me aware of the significant problems with it. He was very patient and clearly answered all of my numerous questions. Thank you, Eric!
