I had an excellent experience with hiring a car in Simi Valley. Sami and Arly assisted me in the hiring and returning of the car. Both were very professional, friendly and provided amazing customer service. I will be recommending Simi Valley Enterprise and will return as a customer. It truly doesn't get better than this. We all have to deal with rental car agencies and it's never a smooth transaction.....UNTIL NOW!!! Thank you to Enterprise in Simi Valley!!!! The BEST experience I have ever had renting a car. There were some complications with my car so I had to extend my contract and everything went down with no problem at all. Sami initially picked me ip at the auto shop and was so pleasant and Jalen took great care of me at the counter. When my vehicle was finished I was able to leave the rental at the auto shop and they would pick it up. It was a Friday so I verified on Monday that it was picked up and when I called they had completed everything and were ready to send me my deposit. Unfortunately I cannot remember the gentleman who checked me out, he was a manager, but he was fantastic. Need a rental car? USE THESE GUYS!!!!! Thank you Enterprise Simi Valley!!!!

The man who checked me in was excellent. Great communication, customer service skills. The car was in great condition and there was no issues getring the car, driving it and returning it. Highly recommended car rental company ???. Appreciate your good service.

This Enterprise location runs like a finely tuned watch. Every representative here has an excellent attitude and made my experience flawless and easy. Kyle helped me get into a great car while mine was in the shop. Easy to pick up and drop off despite the small location. Want to be really impressed? Ask them how many cars they move through there each day. Thank you Kyle and crew at Simi Enterprise!

The folks at this location are world class. I travel a lot for business and have rented cars from many places in dozens of cities and NEVER had an experience as good as this one. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at this Enterprise location. My Saturday started with a disappointment and frustration – Avis on E Easy Street in Simi Valley where I had a car reservation made a week in advance informed me upon my arrival that they don’t have any cars available at the moment… So, my weeklong trip to Arizona was about to be cancelled. A friend suggested to try Enterprise nearby. Since it was almost 12 PM, closing time of most car rental places on Saturday, I did not have any hopes. I came 5 minutes before closing time and within next 15 minutes had a car ready to go. Big thanks to William and his team, my trip was saved. Returning a car was also a breeze. I highly recommend this Enterprise, and will be definitely a returning customer.

Making an online reservation for a future car rental - 4 stars. Confirming an online reservation one week before the actual rental - 1 star. Actual car rental - 3 stars. So let's talk about the 1-star aspect of this review. You know how car rental agencies are NOTORIOUS for running out of cars even with having a reservation? Well, I decided to call the specific car rental location I wanted to use one week prior to a reservation to ensure there would be a car for me... and the car I actually wanted. I wanted them to be aware that I'm onto them, and I wanted no part of a last second shock and surprise. Well, the joke was STILL on ME because when we reviewed the reservation, they assured me I'd have the car as listed, but then, they dropped the bomb. The child's car seat (that was more important than the car I had requested) was NOT going to be provided because (a) the location I had chosen was not at an airport, and (b) they SUPPOSEDLY NO LONGER provide car seats at non-airport locations. WTF??? And why didn't a red flag show up or the reservation notify me INSTANTLY as I attempted to order it? Why did the reservation go through as if nothing was wrong? Why was I STILL being charged for a car seat they weren't going to give me? Were it not for my total lack of trust in the system and asking a bunch of questions, I would've shown up on the day of the reservation, and I would have been told NO car seat was included. That would've been terrible. My grandson needed a car seat, and I was at their mercy because I had none. The agent from Enterprise, while very nice, insisted he would "make an exception" and see that I get the car seat, and he would call me once it was set. Yeah, and the check is in the mail. I saw the writing on that wall. Needless to say, he never called me back, and when I called him, he had a littany of EXCUSES as to why he didn't call back, and of course, nothing had been remedied either. Even though I still demanded he get me a car seat, I then took matters into my own hands because I didn't trust him and asked my nephew if he had an extra car seat around. Thank goodness he did, so I borrowed it. Fast forward to the actual reservation day, I appeared for obtaining the rental, and while the SUV was cleaned and ready to go, the car seat was "en route" and I would have to wait. Granted, I had my nephew's car seat ready to go, but Enterprise still had the car seat charge on my bill, and they SAID they would find me one. They actually showed up with a car seat 15 minutes later, but it was a BOOSTER seat for a much older child, so I couldn't use it anyway. Were they seriously going to pass that off as a regular car seat? No way was my grandson old enough for that. Then we had an issue where no one was going to assist me with installing the car seat, whether it was theirs or not... something about liability. Whatever, while that makes sense, I was just beyond annoyed at that point. Further fast forward, a young woman employee at Enterprise actually came to the rescue. She showed me how to operate the car rental, and she also installed the car seat for me, even with the liability issue. She said she was a young mom herself and didn't want me to worry about installing my nephew's car seat and assured me she knew how to install it properly. I appreciated that... and trusted her. The car rental was fine. The car seat (my nephew's) was fine, as was how it got installed, and we had an excellent visit for the week. Enterprise even credited my bill for the car seat charge since I never used what they finally provided. So it all worked out in the end, but they should have immediately declined my request for the car seat when I first placed the rental reservation. None of the inconvenience should have taken place, and they should figure out why their reservation system doesn't reflect their actual practices more accurately.

This was my first time using ENTERPRISE after a lifetime of using one of the other rental agencies. What a WONDERFUL experience. Staff was efficient, attentive and friendly. Seamless check in and return.

This facility is always easy to deal with. Everybody that works there is friendly and helpful. I always get my car at the time that I was supposed to pick it up. When I returned the vehicle, the experience is always quick and efficient. I highly recommend enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Wonderful experience turning in vehicle this morning at Simi Valley location. I initially started this rental in Granada Hills. Very quick checkout process. All the details and fine print of my return were explained to me and they even were willing to drop me off at the dealership. Thank you, Kyle for the professionalism and courtesy!

Convenient and effortless rental with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Simi Valley. I found myself needing a rental for a small time and I was given preference of Enterprise by both my insurance Mercury and body shop CarStar City Auto Body. The staff were helpful in getting me something comparable. They offered a similar truck but instead accommodated my need for better gas mileage with an Audi. Very nice vehicle to try out while I was bummed about my own vehicle in the shop. Return was very quick and I had a ride back to the body shop almost immediately. Made my day continue smoothly into the weekend. Much appreciated 3294.
