Spoke with Kellie. Horrible, horrible experience. I called in to see when the work can be done regarding some window installation but was greeted with attitude and excuses. I never received a quote but still wanted to move forward. She was having trouble looking for my quote, didn't want to transfer me to a sales rep or supervisor and ended up hanging up on me while giving me an attitude. Decent customer service might be too hard for her.

What a colossal waste of time! After some back and forth I finally decided what entry doors I wanted I was then told by Kellie those doors were discontinued. It went downhill from there, always a reason why I couldn't get a quote or a delivery timeframe or they don't make it the way I wanted, it was one thing after another. Finally Kellie says "well we usually don't work with the public we are used to contractors coming in knowing exactly what they want'!! I reselected and submitted the choice to Kellie and she responded that she was away for a week. I called today her second day back and of course she was waiting for an answer on the glass I wanted something about it being a special order, but it was clear there was no quote coming anytime soon. Kellie agreed it has been a waste of time and that I should try someplace else which I am doing right now and I've gotten 2 quotes back just today. Perhaps this place should stick with contractors as they have no clue how to provide GOOD customer service. WOW!

Get most of my base and case and windows and doors here for work I say at least give it a look if you need something in that category might be a little more but quality will definitely be better than home Depot or Lowe's can do

Bryn and his installers Big Mike & Jeff did an Absolutely Phenomenal Job replacing our 55 year old single pane aluminum 18' sliders in the L/R & MBR of our Residence & four smaller windows with Updated Milgard Dual Glazed Aluminum Series Doors / Windows... Their Installation Was Fantastic & The Final Product Is Better Than We Ever Expected!!
