First time here. The aisles are not conveniently set up, so you have to wander around to find things. Some sections offer a nice assortment, such as party & craft items. There are very few name brand items which is disappointing. I might come back a couple of times, but this will not be a store I frequent. Plenty of free parking. Prices are okay.

I really really really hate it when the cashier (usually the only one) has to leave the line to go and blow up those ubiquitous balloons for a customer. Why can't someone in the back do that? What other store forces it's cashier to abandon his or her checkstand for minutes at a time, while the line of customers stand idly
by and seethe?

I stopped by this Dollar Tree since it's near my work and my sister wanted me to see if they had this sesame makeup kit. I found parking easily because it's in a big plaza and I been in this plaza before when I went to the T-Mobile store. The store is like any other dollar tree so you can't expect much. The makeup aisle is on the left when you walk in but I didn't see any sesame makeup stuff. Since I was already here I also got wrapping paper and a card for my friend gift this weekend. I was also able to find my watermelon gummies which dollar tree only has now so I think the trip was worth it.

Been to alot of different dt stores but anytime I'm in Simi I always stop in bc they seem to have ALOT of items we don't have or get in our neighborhood

I like the Dollar Tree but I have one complaint, they put things on the top shelf way in the back of the shelf. Now I'm 5'7' and I can't reach to the back of the top shelf or refrigerator/freezer cabinets. Usually I have to get a broom pole from the cleaning section and use that to bring things forward so I can reach them.

This Dollar Tree always seems understaffed. Most of the staff is cordial and professional, but today I witnessed something quite unprofessional. I was checking out and the cashier answered the phone and answered two of the lady's questions, but instead of answering the third, she gave no response and put the phone down, and continued scanning my items. I heard the lady on the phone call out twice before the casher picked up the phone again and said she was with a customer ( should have said that to begin with). The lady waited a while then I heard dial tone. So if you call Dollar Tree you may or may not have your questions answered. It should have been handled differently.

This store is my favorite one. Large place with everything from stationary, crafts, automotive and frozen food. I get all my cleaning supplies here. Huge lines, very crowded. Staff is friendly and efficient. Well stocked, clean, bathrooms on site and ample parking. Situated in Sycamore Plaza. Handicap accesible..
