Took our 16 week old labradoodle in for a full work up. She got a bath, hair cut, teeth brushed, ears cleaned, nails clipped! The groomer and person at the front desk were so kind since I was very nervous leaving Lola there for the first time. They took it very slow with her and did not push her out of her comfort zone at all. She looks great and smells even better. Already booked our next session!

I love the owner of the salon. She's very sweet, and very honest. The groomer says the grooming price so for my little dog, it was a little pricey for me, but the groomer did an excellent job.

Loved the service and my dogs smell sooo good. They were so calm with them. Definitely the best in town. One of my dogs after the groom. He loves to get dirty so I will be back with him for sure.

From making my appointment to getting my dog groomed. The service was amazing!! These ladies were friendly & loving towards my Maltese who dislikes getting groomed. They did an amazing job on him & he looked so handsome. Thank you for doing a great job.

The Doggy Salon is amazing. They made some changes and have new management and groomers. My dogs look so beautiful and smell so pretty. The Customer Service is amazing. My dogs were not upset while there, unlike when am the one trying to groom them. I love this place. I trust the groomers as my dogs trust them too. If you are searching for caring amazing owner and staff, then this is the place to be. I saw that they are running a special. I included pics, they were jumpy so not perfect but I love that they finally smell good and their faces are clean!

My Bailey girl loves spa day at the Doggy Salon! She jumps up and down to see her friends there. With a trot like a horse and a smile as she walks out the door, it reassures me that she is being well cared for and she looks so beautiful. They even gave her a bow. We loved the old owners of this Salon. For some reason though, it wasn't easy to get a hold of someone and make appointments. The new owners are easy to get a hold of and are super friendly. I encourage you to try it out under the new ownership. Let's support a locally woman owned business in Simi Valley!

They do a great job with my schitzu and Maltese poodle. The owner is very nice and my dogs are always happy when I pick them up. I definitely recommend them if you need a groomer especially if it's last minute

Best grooming in town! The man who helped us last time with our boy Rockie loved him! Rockie came back to us smiling and so excited, and he made a new friend! He clipped his nails with ease and made sure to clean his ears and brush his little teefers. After we picked him up we definitely decided this is where we’re coming regularly! For a dog mom who would literally do anything for her boy, this is a place I can trust to give my boy some good loves and a perfect hair cut :)

One of the best dog salons! One of the most important aspects a business can key in on not only competency, but service. I've been to countless salons where you feel as though you're being done a favor, and regardless of the quality of grooming rendered, a customer should never feel this way. The owner of Doggy Salon is understanding, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. If there are ever any hiccups in scheduling or otherwise, the owner would personally step in and ensure the rest of the experience was smooth sailing. This is the hallmark of a great business in my opinion...nothing is every perfect, but a company must be perfect in their willingness to remediate any imperfections. Bonus- your pup will look better and cleaner than ever! This place cares about the happiness of your pet just as much as their hygiene.

I am so Disappointed. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. The guy there is so rude and you can tell right away that he does not like his job. I took my dog at 12 pm and didn't pick her up until they closed at 5 pm ! When I would call to see if she was ready he would say "we'll call when she's ready." He never called!!! I showed up and he said, "oh I forgot to call you." He cut her hair shorter than what I wanted and it is so uneven. I paid him to cut her nails as well and he didn't. He supposedly showered her, but she was covered in hair and didn't smell good. Don't make the mistake I made by going there. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Came yesterday to get my Yorkie poo cut. They had an opening and I was so happy. He's a almost 15 year old little guy, and can be crabby at times. They said he was good, and he's been here before. Last time I was here a few months ago it was 55.00 now 60. I think it's a lot for a 7 pound dog, but he needed to be groomed.

I have been coming here for a few years now. They are kind and accommodating. I always seem to get a different groomer but they always do a good job. My dog seems to like them too.

Groomer left me hanging- didn't show up at all. I called while standing outside thinking maybe it would forward to someone since the doors were locked- nothing. I finally left. I got a call 35 mins. after I got home from someone else apologizing which I appreciated but it doesn't change the fact that the groomer we were scheduled with felt it unnecessary to bother with calling her own booked clients and instead just didn't show. I get it, people get sick but that doesn't mean you don't at least make an effort to cover your clients. It is a shame since we have been going here for awhile now and my 3 pups had great experiences prior. Unfortunately this isn't the first issue we have had. Late last year, I couldn't seem to get anyone on the phone to make an appt. Every time I called it just rang. I finally got the answering machine and left my contact info and asked for someone to call me back-Never did! I have been going somewhere else but thought I would give these guys another try. Just not meant to be I guess.

Was very happy with their service , their business name on the building needs work to match with their quality (letters fallen off) but don’t let it throw you off, doggies where very relaxed , old English bulldog gets so anxious and our giant schnauzer can be incorporative , but we switched groomers today (last one was good) but this one topped it off, never had such behaved , calm dogs , and they did a great job, they did so well here. I guess they just needed a different environment with confident , well trained workers. ThanksService: Haircut

The doggy salon is the worst groomer. Dirty place. I feel bad for my dogs. I could have been the one who cut their hair and would have done a better job. Will never be back. Disgusting plave!
