Always the best experience when I bring my car in! I pulled in last night because I realized I had a screw in my tire and even though the service department was already closed for the night Matt helped me out and even loaned me a car to use for the night! Completely unexpected and extremely kind - and so appreciated!!! I will recommend Simi Toyota to everyone! Couldn't be happier with this dealership or my Toyota Highlander!

Jared and Mark made my experience incredible. I wish every dealership would treat their customers this way. I sold my car here and they did not low ball me like other dealers and provided me with a very fair offer that I accepted. I will now refer anyone I know to Jared & Mark. It was a smooth seamless transaction with Omar. He’s been very helpful even when we havent met yet, he answers questions and inquries even after office hours due to my work sched.
I already knew that I was purchasing from this branch because I was sold since the very first day Omar assisted me on my online inquries.

Carson gave me great customer service. Daily updates while waiting for my vehicle to come in was a major bonus. He was friendly, helpful, informative and did not pressure me. He even drove my rental car back to my home, as I'm new to the area and didn't have anyone to help me. Paul in financing was also very helpful and took the time to explain everything. Would definitely recommend.

I called Toyota for a car I saw on the website and wanted to trade in my current Toyota. I spoke to Gilbert on the phone and made an appointment to visit.
When I arrived I met Gilbert and Mario who worked together to make the deal happen for me.

Bought my first Toyota!! It was a great experience thanks to JB in sales. He made the whole experience easy going. Never once felt pressured they listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to make it happen!
I was on the hunt for a Corolla hatchback 2024-2025 so I called all over Los Angeles County, but Simi Valley Toyota thanks to JB was the best one by far!!
