Not good service. I was charged some request for order and then it was not even used in court. They charged me for some form and then change strategy. I do not recommend. In my opinion they overcharge even for the simplest things.

I'm a single mom in the lower economic bracket. I was referred to Ken Dallara by a younger lawyer and trusted the referral. After making it clear to them that I did not have the money for a lawyer but desperately needed help, I got a $5,000 dollar retainer donated to me. When I called and e-mailed to ask about my case, to figure out what they were doing, his paralegal Larissa stonewalled me and then charged me for the e-mails in which I stated I didn't' understand what was going on. I'd already filled out the legal paperwork and written a response to my ex's claims and all I needed was for Ken's firm to work from what I'd done and then help me file the paperwork. They lost the info on my USB that I hand delivered, then claimed what I mailed had no USB, wouldn't speak to me, treated me like a number and when all was said and done, they drained my $5,000 to $1,636---without having done anything for my case. It appears he does not specialize in family law. My daughter and I were treated like numbers on a file and what was turned over to me in my file box did not match what was e-mailed to me. Larissa gave another excuse, that an IT tech guy had to look at their computers and some stuff had been erased. Do not go with this firm. I was treated horribly because I have a ton of tattoos; Larissa did not like me and appeared to be jealous-not sure what's going on with her and Ken Dallara but do not risk custody of your child with this "car salesman" type of firm. They'll tell you everything you want to hear in your initial meeting and then what Ken tells you will not match up with what Larissa tells you-they've got a good cop bad cop duo going on. I have multiple jobs and it broke my heart to have gotten the good fortune of a retainer donated to me and then to see it used for nothing in return. More importantly, I lost valuable time and energy in regards to my case about my daughter, the love of my life. Shame on this firm. Shame on Larissa and shame on Ken Dallara; wealthy people not cognizant or caring of the less fortunate. I waited until my case was done before leaving this review because I did not trust them, feeling worried they might do something unethical.

Do not go here. They try to overcharge, they do not do the work on time, and they quote you a low fee to get in the door, and then flip the script and start charging you double or triple. Run away, most dishonest thing I have seen.

I felt extremely confident after meeting Ken and Larissa. I presented a terrible divorce agreement and they explained to me how they could help. So I went ahead and hired him. Now, my main concern for starting this process was over a vehicle my ex has but is not making payments therefore negatively affecting me. We went to court Ken did help me get a few items back and helped me get monthly payments for some debt my ex put me in.. this was great.. huge relief for me. However, the big issue was the vehicle. On the judgement day it was ordered for my ex to refinance under his name after a certain amount of day but there was nothing written if he did not comply... which of course he didn't. I reached out to them for some guidance but was told I'd need to rehire them. Pretty bummed since I spent 6k only to be told to rehire them. Ken was kind enough to email me and said I could file for contempt. Well I filed contempt but took a pretty big loss because the final judgement didn't mention there would be any consequences to my ex if he did not comply with the refinance so there wasn't a contempt case against him. So I'm back to square 1. Filing another RFO.. spending more money and still going back and fourth to the courthouse. Things I had difficulty with while working with this law firm is speaking to anyone on the phone. There's always an excuse about someone being in a "meeting". I get it. We're all busy but I mean every single time I called it was the same response, a "meeting". The only way you get through to someone is by email and you get charged a pretty dime for that as you can imagine a lot of back and fourth that happens in emails. To spend all this money for email responses... I don't know.. I wouldn't do it again. So I'd just take that into consideration. What I've learned from hiring this law firm... do not sign anything unless you're completely satisfied with what YOU want. I specifically remember Ken telling me "if he (my ex) does not refinance the truck is yours" I felt confident with what he said but again it was not written down. They're all nice. Shannon in specific is amazing. Again, they did help with a few things but the main issue was the vehicle and I'm still having to deal with the headache and stress of that. Lesson learned. Don't sign anything until everything being told to you is WRITTEN down.

Do not go here!!! Ken Delmarva is a scam/fraud. My best friend paid $10,000 for her to only get $121 of child support. He showed up late to several appointments and even was late for the custody hearing and was calling her daughters name wrong when speaking to the judge calling her daughter "Billy" which is not even close to her name!! He was going back and forth between 2 court houses at the same time. Charging her for a full hour when he was 15min late and full days when he wasn't with her hardly at all, And even was trying to ask for more money after the case ended. This is bullshit!!

I am beyond upset with this law firm and do not like leaving negative reviews but do not want others to end up in my situation. Take your money elsewhere. I paid $2500 to set up my trust last March with Larissa Massetti who's not an attorney but a paralegal. I did not like her unwelcoming attitude from the time I met her but decide to continued setting up my trust with her anyway. BEWARE because they will not disclose their fees when you meet with them. A year later she tells me it is $2500 to AMEND a section in my trust because she has to "re-do" the whole trust all over again. That's what I paid to create the trust. WHAT PARALEGAL/ATTORNEY CHARGES THAT AMOUNT TO AMEND A TRUST? NONE. I've talked to two different estate attorneys, and a handful of my clients, and every single one of them said that, that fee is absolutely ridiculous and most places charge a small amendment fee. She stated that she has to re-draft the entire trust all over again instead of just amending a section which is all that she really has to do. The problem I have is that she did not disclose this before I decided to hire her and this firm. Go to other estate planning attorneys that are upfront about their services. Should she have told me from our first meeting that there were retainer fees, and amendment fees that cost $2500, I would have never gone with this firm. Apparently they are doing you a big huge favor by responding to your emails and answering your questions. This place could care less about you, questions or concerns or the decisions you make in your trust, they just want your full payment upfront and want you on your way. There are other estate attorneys that charge less, honest and do great work if you do your research. I should have read the negative reviews on lawyers.com before hiring this place because those statements from others are accurate.

Hiring Dallara Law was the worst choice we ever made. We were told the case would be simple. It lasted 14 months and cost thousands more than anticipated. Never made it to court they negotiated the case which is not what we asked for. GO TO MEDIATION if you have a family law case. Do not waste your money having them do the exact same thing.

I was motivated to reach out to Dallara Law because of their comprehensive online description of Special Needs Trusts. Sadly, I had to learn just now that the firm will consult with you only if you go to their office in person. The person answering my call (Ms Apperson) informed me that this is their company's policy. Strikes me as overly restrictive considering commuting times/virus situation (Apperson said that all were vaccinated) and the fact that I don't even know how much they will charge and if I hire them.

I've used the services of Ken Dallara 2-3 years ago. Ken did a trademark registration as well as a patent research for my company, both to complete satisfaction. He was knowledgeable in the area and pleasant to work with. I have recommended him to a few friends.

Divorce was an extremely scary and tedious chapter in my life. Having an expert team of dedicated professionals like Ken and Larrisa was a godsend. Their communication, punctuality and dedication to my case helped guide me through a very difficult time.

Very professional group. They made putting a trust together very wimple, clear and smooth process. I highly recommend this group for any of your trust/will needs.
