I love my CVS store. The employees are very welcoming and friendly. And I love that I save money with my extra bucks.

Read some of the negative reviews, decided to try CVS anyway. Called 6/13, confirmed CVS accepts GoodRx coupons (most pharmacies do, and anyone can use them). Had my wife’s 3-month (90 tablet) supply prescription sent over. Called and confirmed CVS received it, and that we’d be using GoodRx coupon ($45.91 cash, $0.51 per pill). Pharmacist (I believe her name was Anna) on phone was a little short, and felt like she was trying to hold back from being rude.
Wife tries to pickup medication 6/14, but CVS billed our insurance for 1-month (30 tablet) supply, and CVS wants $200-something for it (over $6.67 per pill – yes, the math is correct, over 13x more). Call CVS again, pharmacist on phone is more pleasant and helpful to speak with than Anna the day before. Again, explain this is a 90-day prescription, not 30, and we are using GoodRx, not insurance (obviously due to pricing discrepancy for exact same medication). Pharmacist says she’ll change everything over to cash (using GoodRx).
Wife is able to pickup 3-month (90 tablet) supply for $45.91 on 6/15, using GoodRx. However, she never wants to go back in there again (and I never told her about all the negative reviews until after she experienced it herself). Pharmacist was rude, and angry and made a big deal out of having to change everything over in the system from insurance to cash (which the lady from 6/14 told me she would do). Cashier was also unpleasant. Wife prefers to pay more next time and get her medication from a better pharmacy.
If you don’t like your job, or your employer, find another. Why put customers through whatever your experiencing? And, is there no one at CVS corporate paying attention to reviews, and can deal with these ongoing issues? Seems like there are a lot of CVS pharmacies with very similar reviews, so maybe this is a CVS culture issue?
EDIT: Wife confirmed it was Anna who assisted her. Obviously, an on-going problem.

Anna C at the pharmacy is incredibly rude and downright dangerous. - She is dealing with peoples medicine and therefore their lives. I've never encountered someone so unpleasant, rude and unwilling to help customers. She will outright stop helping and not provide medicine because she is "too busy" and "people are dumb". - Please take your business elsewhere until CVS removes her.

Gals at the counter are sweet. Ana however is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and definitely should NEVER work with people. If you read the other reviews you'll see how intentionally unhelpful she is. This seems to be her quest in life. When I am stuck dealing with her the first thing I get is " the look" of I hate people and don't want to help you with anything! If you see her Run! Go to another pharmacy. There are plenty. It's not worth the abuse.

Anna who works at the pharmacy is extremely rude and condescending. I called to clarify on some information regarding a prescription I had and she made me feel like the smallest human on earth and treated me horribly. If you hate your job that much, then quit. Dont take it out on people who call and need your help.

Unfortunately, I can't leave a zero. My son and I both have quite a few medication's at this pharmacy and I swear to God every time I go in there and have to deal with the pharmacy I feel like crying. They are incredibly unhelpful, completely unprofessional and devoid of all tact and etiquette. They always say they are going to have all of our prescriptions done at one time. Our doctors have worked with them to ensure that we could get our medication's by just going to the pharmacist one time a month. Needless to say two years later, and we still can't get it together. I have talked to Rupa, the store manager, and even the district manager for the store. They do nothing. I can't tell you how many times I've shown up to the pharmacy right at 8 o'clock and have to sit there waiting around till 815 till they show up. I have even witnessed with my own two eyes, the horrible treatment of an elderly veteran. I am looking for a new pharmacy to say the least. Do not use this store.

Pharmacists are lazy. I asked if they can run my insurance to check if it covered something. They said I had to call my insurance to ask. That's straight lazy. They could have easily checked. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.

Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Don't even let you finish your sentence and don't care to help you.
