Horrible staff all the girls are unhelpful and extremely rude. They never answer the phone and always make it seem like they are doing you a favor to do their job.

Dr Thomas Truong & Assocs should really fire their staff. I called their office multiple times throughout the day no one ever answered the phone. I called Costco customer service to see if they can get a hold of optometrist office I got a call back from incredibly rude and condescending woman. She told me that "we never answer the phone because we're busy not sitting by the phone. So, if you want to talk to us you need to leave a message and we'll listen to your message at the end of the day and get back to you when we're free" Okay, well guess what y'all lost 4 customers thanks to your terrible customer service. You should consider training your employees properly.

Easy in and out, leaving a message doesn't get a call back so keep trying until you get a person to answer. They take insurance and you are in and out quickly

I've been a patient with Dr. Foster since I was 8 years old. I am now 32, and I'm sad to say that I will be looking for a new optometrist. I just got off the phone with the new receptionist who couldn't help. Yesterday, I called the optical department about ordering a box of contacts. My insurance only allows me to have an eye exam once a year and and I needed one more pair to get me through the month until my next appointment. The lady in the optical department said she put the box on hold with my name on it so I could pick it up after work. Well when I got there, she said that she was calling all day to let me know that the inventory didn't reset so they didn't actually have a box for me. I need contacts because I can't always wear glasses. So she ordered a box of contacts for me, but they take 3 days to come in. I need contacts as soon as possible, so todayI called the new optometrist (who took over for Dr. Foster) to see if they could help me with a sample pair to get me through until the box of contacts the optical department ordered came in. The new receptionist was incredibly rude, raised her voice and told me 'if I would have called a week ago, she could have given me a sample of contacts. But because I'm due for an eye exam she cannot give me a sample set.' I will NOT be going to this doctor. I am incredibly sad to hear that Dr. Foster is gone. Sad that they are losing a patient who has been going there for so many years.

I've been going to Dr. Fosters office in the Simi Costco for eye exams for several years now. I don't always get Dr. Foster but have had great exams by both Dr. Maier and Dr. Foster.

Good selection with incredible prices. Can't beat the prices here on frames. Very helpful staff and they will adjust glasses if they don't fit well. I only get my glasses here. Can't beat the pricing on contact lenses either.

Had a exams for contact lenses, they charged extra $10 for a stupid un-neccessary picture of my eyes. My insurance co-pay is suppose to be $60, but they charged me $70.

That's because we believe our members deserve the best possible care--so we strive to provide it."IF THIS COSTCO STRIVING FOR - NOT AT SIMI VALLEY OPTICAL. The tall lady with blonde hair need to train for professionalism. After a week I pick up my glasses I did not noticed until today we were on the way to Costco and cleaning my glasses with cleaning cloth and found out that there is a scratch and bubble like on the bottom part. Cannot see until against the sun. I ask her to change the nose pad and check if that a scratch and she said yes. I ask if the glass is a scratch resistance, she said yes but you do it to your glasses then is not under warranty. I did not do anything on my glasses and not yet washing with water I used only the cloth that comes with the glass. I AM A COSTUMER! Did she ask if I need anything else! NO! She walking out ! no question ask. what the ---- that employee! And she did not change the nose pad either. Luckily my husband ask the guy to have someone to help us, the other lady is much better and end up to send to the lab. Two weeks ago, that is the FIRST time I went to have my eye check and use the optical to replace the glasses. And it will be the LAST time to be there to pick it up. It's because the price is very reasonable but if this kind of costumer service that I can get, no thank you.

Besides the fact that the woman doctor(i can't remember her name) inappropriately made fun of my "blindness" to my kids, this place sucks! i just found out from another experienced eye doctor that my son and i have had the "wrong prescription" for the last year. New doctor said "there's no way your eyes got that much worse, in that amount of time." i was glad to heari'm sooo disappointed that this could possibly happen! isn't that their job??? to get it right the first time cuz how would you know otherwise if your vision is 20/20 when you have nothing to compare it to?.....UNACCEPTABLE!
