We had an issue with one of our windows that was not sliding properly. It was very crooked and loose. The window was installed by Milgard in 2020, but because we are the second owner, they will not touch it. I called this company, and Dan, the owner came out to look at the window. He removed the window and determined that yes, the rollers are the problem. He went out to his truck and came back with new rollers, replaced them and put the window back in all free of charge. He was so nice. I highly recommend this company. They also replace the glass if that is all you need.

They were great when they installed shower doors a few years back. But I have left so many messages for them because the door/frames settled in the master bath and now the frameless glass door hits the frameless glass panel - and I'm worried it will break if they don't come and fix it. So if you hire them, realize once they do the job, they won't help out with service in any way...you'll never be able to reach them again.
