Super friendly and helpful staff. A+++ on customer service! I bought a mod a few months ago and it would not function properly. I went in to buy a new one because it was super frustrating. I didn't get the guy's name but he listened to all my complaints, answered all my questions, and recommended a different one which he discounted to make up for the hassle. I took that offer and also left with new batteries and a box of coils. I would definitely recommend this shop.

okay so i recently decided to try to find a new shop around here to get my vape and glass needs. first of all the strictly only sell vapes which i was okay with at first. although the shop and the employees themselves were very nice and friendly i'm leaving this as a warning. DO NOT BUY DISPOSABLE VAPES HERE. i always get a hyppe max flow, i know what it feels like, looks like, and tastes like. the one i recently bought from cloud 10 was extremely fake. from the first hit it burned the back of my throat and literally tasted so burnt. when i got home i compared my new one to my old ones and they looked completely different as well. the funniest part is the cashier told me to be careful buying them anywhere else because there's a lot of fakes out there... and then SOLD ME A FAKE ONE. i know a lot of people use disposables and i also know that people are aware of the dangers of them, so please please please be careful buying disposables here.

Seriously overpriced...I went in during another Vape emergency and needed an emergency mod. I had purchased one at a nearby store for $30 (store was closed or I would have just gone there) the device sells for about $25-$35 and figured I buy another one...they wanted $50 for the same one...yet it was a vape emergency...I did tell them what I paid at the store nearby and bought the overpriced device but I won't be buying hardware from them again.

Nobody wearing masks. Not the employee. Not the customers. Glad I don't rely on this place for my needs. Fairly small selection than most vape shops I frequent.

Best vape shop in town! Nick and Karim are the nicest people there are and are very knowledgeable. been coming in for a year and always leave with a great experience. their vapes don't break down easily and they sell reliable products. 10/10 recommend. If something goes wrong they're quick to fix the problem and provide you with whatever they can to give you the best experience.
