I Guess The Location Is Great You Can Find Chevron When You Enter Simi Valley Which In My Words The Staff Is Lazy Which There On There Phones I Did Pump The Car So When Am Done Visiting Relatives Here With Family I Can Go Back To Santa Monica With No Problem The Staff Had A Lazy Voice How??? It Was 10:30 AM He Really Did Not Want To Do The Job. Do Not Come Here If You Are In A Rush… Staff Is Slow But Great Location. Especially He Was Mean Never Comin Here Again!!!

Don't ever stop at this gas station All of the workers there are complete jerks. They're all lazy and they don't want to do anything they don't want to give change for you to get gas they tell you they don't have chain they don't have $20 in change cuz they're lazy. I don't know whoever owns this Chevron but you need to get some new workers

Horrible service.. the girl who works right now at 7pm tried to get smart with me, she was asked by one of her coworkers to take a walk to relax. You guys need to teach your employees to handle situations when they mess up and give someone else your gas bc they “got confused” with 12 and 2 … or blame customers for their mistakes.

Bad customer service, my wife put it on auto pump, and its the gas keep running and spill on the floor, my wife asked the guy works inside to chech the pump and he end's up gave bad attitude and customer service, on 11/28/22 4:45pm

I tried paying in apple pay and it didn't except it the first time so we tried again and nothing showed up. Therefore we paid at the cash register $15 cash. Little did we know, it actually accepted the apple cash which was around $50 so we asked him for the $15 that we didn't get back and the cashier rudely refused.

Incredibly rude staff. Especially and older over weight guy. Very unhelpful. A lot of the equipment doesn’t even work. I usually love chevron and extra miles, I won’t ever be going back to this one.

They scan your ID for almost everything food, drinks, and lottery tickets. Everything except for gas. They say it is for tracking what is sold. It has been going on for months. Also, I turned in a Mega Millions lottery ticket. I had the mega number, + 1 number. I looked on the Mega Millions web page it shows the amount is $4. This gas station only gave me $3. Yes, it is not the much. But still why bother going there.BTW, I used to work at this Chevron when I was a teenager. It was way better then!
