My mom went there to get gas. She paid with $60 and meter showed she only put $54. After finishing pumping, she saw the meter changing directly from $54 to $60, when she went back to get her change the lady said the meter showed $60. I want to think this wad an accident but I doubt the machine will automatically change the number. It was a Hispanic lady, and this happened today around 9:40am. Please be aware!

Wow, very surprised at some of the views, but everyone has a right to their opinions. That being said, this location always treated me with respect! I'm also, grateful for their free air system. Their hoses are really strong and you get true PSI pressure coming out, too. It's very simple just press the button and go, no asking or begging for air is necessary! ? Great job, guys!

If the pump isn't working, I get it it's not on the employee. But when I go inside to get help and the cashier is rude and aggressive, that's when it's annoying. The fact that the manager was in the office and overheard everything but didn't come out until I asked for him was ridiculous. Customer service makes a business and now you've lost a customer, but I'm sure the employees don't care or eles they would have responded differently.

Dear Chevron,I was recently at the Chevron Extra Mile Store in Simi Valley at 2395 Erringer Rd. at 1:30am. I came into purchase Always pads (feminine product) and a Bic lighter. The man on duty (I didn't get his name but he was a young African American male) told me that the store was closed from 2am-4am although it was not 2am yet. Then I tried to explain I what I was here to buy and he kicked me out and told me to go to the window. I went to the window and told him I would like to purchase Always pads in which he stated that he was out of stock. He was absolutely lying because when he kicked me out, I was about to grab a pack of pads and when he stated he was out of stock, he did not even turn around to look at the area directly next to the cash register which contained the medical products like Advil, Pepto Bismol, Tums, Bandaids, etc. as well as feminine products. I explained I just got my period and I need to buy some but he didn't even try to look for them and I told him exactly where to find them. When I asked to purchase a Bic lighter, he said I needed an ID which is not true. There is no law stating that I needed to be 18 or older to buy a simple lighter. I even Googled it for him, let him know that I was born in 1995 making me 26 years old, and he still refused and demanded to see my ID. Unfortunately, all I had was my debit card on me at the time and had no ID since I walked over to the store from the hotel nearby. In short, this staff member was extremely rude and the customer service was horrible. I still cannot believe he didn't just directly look behind him and grab me some pads so I can be more comfortable and not have to worry about staining my pants. (Sorry if that's too much information)I never had such a rude experience at this Chevron Station/Extra Mile store before. I couldn't believe I was kicked out, felt like he didn't care, and wouldn't sell me a lighter despite being legal. Thank you for your time.

I'm very uoset for wasting my time here. Saw a sign regarding the Adrenaline Beverage for free and ask the cashier about it. Long story short. He was completely clueless about why it isn't for free even after using my extra miles membership. Management : please inform your employees to how to use the promotional you printed on a bright piece of paper. What's the purpose of a promotional sign, if the current employees do not know the discrepancies regarding the promotion. This is supposed to be a "convenient store" not an "inconvenience store". This happened between 2:30pm - 3:30pm March 17, 2021 Not happy and upset wasting my time here. This issue should be fixed asap.

Worst customer service! Ever walked in around 12:15 p.m. today, and the girl didn't even want to help me with a cup of hot water. She wanted to stand there and stare me down instead of have great customer service and get what I was asking her to pay for! Instead, she wanted to charge me extra the price of a coffee. Didn't even look for a refill button it, until I mentioned something to ask her.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD! the old women heather that works there was a complete liar and tried to give us two random number to call the manger. she also tried to say out gift card had no money on it and it "never approved" even tho it and did and tried to take our $25. She then proceeded to lie to one of the supervisors about the situation. if that one star could be for anyone it would be the supervisor that swiped our " empty gift card" and told us that we did indeed have money on the card.

One of the worst gas stations in Simi. Always has at least one pump out of order, card readers are constantly broken so you have to go inside. Buying cigarettes is a huge hassle, they force you to take your ID out to scan even though the same cashier scanned my ID the day before and I'm clearly well over 21. Not to mention the attitude of the associates.

Morning crew are rude and think they are better than you.There are 2 crew members ray and a younger female that wears glasses that are extremely rude.I cant wait until the sycamore store reopens.

My favorite gas station. I enjoy using/stealing (semantics) my sister's Vons gas rewards points at this location. Sometimes I use my in-laws' points as well. Time to go through my contacts and start using other people's phone numbers for the times when I've used up all of my family members' points. Keep it up Vons and Chevron!
