Counter persons are very attentive, courteous, and polite.
The counter area is very clean and organized. The dry cleaning process is environmentally friendly, and the garments are odorless, clean, and pressed like new.
Cannot beat their quality for a reasonable price they charge.
Highly recommended.

Fair prices, friendly, and great service. Koko is the best, and he's a wizard with stains. Brought him my wife's favorite sweatshirt, covered in red ink. Got it out. This is the only place I'd take my dry cleaning.

Called yesterday because I needed a suit pressed. They said their presser was down, so I came this morning to get it done. The man was very friendly, and had it done in less than ten minutes. I will definitely be giving them more of my business. Great customer service here for sure!

HIGHLY recommend this place! The owner is amazingly sweet and was very attentive to our needs and wants for dress alterations and suit cleaning and presses for multiple weddings. He is also good with any last minute emergencies that arise!

Well they hemmed the brides fathers slacks up too far instead of letting them out.. misunderstanding but we freaked nonetheless.. The owner went way above and beyond the call of duty to fix things. Since they cut the material, the pants couldnt be let out so he went to same place we bought the pants, bought another pair. Unsuggested, he surprised us by doing this, same size. He had him come in to be fit and pants came out perfectly with days to spare. He didnt charge us, at all. Now this is AWESOME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Came to have 10 uniforms for Colorguard altered. With it getting to close to competitions we were worried about timing. Fortunately chateau cleaners tot he rescue. I orchestrated a fitting, took measurements, and the following day when I was unavailable the team brought in the uniforms. They ended up trying them on, pinning them in places that needed altered and marking with them with the names so none would get confused. The uniforms were dropped on a Saturday morning and ready for pick up the following Thursday. Perfect!! Bc our first comp was Friday, I know cutting it close. Only one needed to be redone as it was not quite right, which they did and had ready just in time. At the time of pick up they handled everything smoothly and charged me less than what was originally quoted. Will definitely be back for future alterations!
