So helpful and friendly from clerk to manager. They can't do enough to help you. This evaluation is from transactions there. Also, I know the manager and his education which is excellent, opened and finally finished my mortgage there. Just to correct the info on this internet site, Saturday hours end at two instead of four.

Banking sucks, but if all tellers and bankers were like Gillian we wouldn't need ATMs except after hours. I've been administering a few different bank accounts for some of my elderly family, which means I've had to deal person-to-person with several different banking institutions, and I dread walking into most of them, but this branch isn't one of them. Oh, and I'm really not a fan of Chase in general, but they haven't beaten the hope and good manners out of their employees at this branch, whereas there's The Bank, across town, where everyone seems dead inside, speaks in monotone, and just don't seem to like their job. Five stars is a stretch for any bank, but when the others suck so bad I'd like them to know I appreciate their efforts.

They just really don’t seem to care about their customers. They had 5 people working and a line out the door with only one employee helping customers. They also don’t do walk in appointments when there are just workers at their desk without customers.

Complete and utter junk !!!! Opened a business account and within 3 days they dropped the ball 4 times!!! If Jag is assisting you please ask for someone else !!! Messed up my checks my ATM card, lied to me and then no one ever answers there branch phone. Then tried to call and sat on the phone getting transferred 5 times for over an hour to fix my checks with nothing being fixed!!! Now I will have to go in to the bank to get this resolved. I will be getting another bank !!!! Stay away from Chase at all costs!!!

I've banked with chase for a few years but have now notice the customer service has greatly decline in ability to help the customer. I don't think I'll be going here anymore.

If you need to schedule an appointment for anything make sure you do not go with EMMA CONTRERAS. I scheduled two appointments here and the first time she called me requesting to show up sooner because my appointment was at 4:30PM and the bank closes at 5PM. I told her I couldn't and that I would reschedule because I couldn't get out of work earlier. Second appointment I made she did the same thing, she called me and told me to come around 4PM because the bank closes at 5PM. I took time off of work to be there at 4 PM and kept my wife and I waiting 40 minutes. She deliberately did this on purpose so we could leave and she wouldn't have to assist us. If you're thinking that I'm over exaggerating that's not the case. She was in there with another client laughing and joking taking her time and spending most of it chatting it up. If Chase bank has appointments at 4:30 they need to honor it and not have employees lie and rush us in so that they can leave early.

Awful! The Assistant Manager, Emma Ordonez, was very disrespectful to me. I came in to cash an Echeck that I previously printed out. Mind you, I have been cashing the same checks from the same company for at least five years now and have never had a problem. She said to me in front of everyone inside of the bank “Well if it bounces, it’ll be on you anyways.” The audacity. I am contacting corporate as we speak! Don’t go to this location!

9 to 5 morning noon or night there is a line out the door. 1 teller having to run to the back 10 times and the 2nd taking 30min for a 20$ withdrawal. The entire branch is always empty except for the 1 banker who pretends to look at their computer. They need more people working at this branch.

Awful! The manager, Desiree, was condescending on the phone & passive aggressively rude in person.I went to this location to cash a check drawn on a Chase bank account. I was told they wouldn't cash it & it would help if I had an account with them so I asked to open an account & was told I would have to return another day because they were too busy but there was barely anyone there.This was my first & last experience with Chase. Horrible customer interactions. I would give -5 stars if possible.
