Chase has really gone down hill. Very few tellers, absolutely no incentive is given to their customers in form of decent interest rates. I can never just walk in and speak to a "financial professional". I am not happy here time to find another bank.!!!!

Take your money to a different bank who cares about their customers. They take up to 7 days to release funds from just authorizations and they don't give a sh-t. Add that to the long lines and their app that is always down and the fact that they only care about customers that have balances in the 6 figures. Don't walk but run to a better bank, fast.

Normally most of my experiences with financial institutions have not gone well and were a frustrating mess, until today. Everyone at this branch was so friendly and accommodating to me and bent over backwards to help me resolve an issue I was having. Every bank should be like this but sadly are not! Are you listening BofA?? Thanks again to everyone at Chase Simi Valley you guys are awesome!!!

I don't usually post reviews for banks. The customer service is always very good here. Never had an issue with that, but they really need to maintain the ATM machine section. Clean it up. Cut the trees or maintain it so there aren't a million bugs . after building it, they decided to never clean the ATM section. The floor is a mess. For those using the third machine, they get to smell the trash which hasn't been picked in ages.

I would like to make everyone aware of a situation involving fraud. I received a letter by mail with ph# 866~569-6809 they are offering me settlement on one of my accts. This was an Amazon acct. I strictly used this for monthly Amazon purchases . This account has been closed some time due to an extreme amount of Indian culture reads as well as Bali dancer videos so this account was paid off by me not charged off and this offer letter is hilarious. Get it together. We carried big money there and I've lost big money through this process. I already gave them my ss# and last four of acct. and I will stop by bank tomorrow to clear up . My recommendation is to stop in bank personally vs calling this # obviously it's fraud if you google it the reviews say the same. You always want to trust where your hard earned money is held. *RED FLAGS" This happened to a friend of mine then what do ya know the credit union had shut down. She never received payout it's a process. Just be careful where your money is being held. Beware of scams*.I just googled the post office stamped #s on bottom of envelope and what came up was caregivers on my street it's a home they opened for business. This is crazy! Still I feel it's Chase Banks responsibility to resolve it has their name on letter and this has been happening for a long time. I'm sure I'm not the only one and we trust you basically with our life so when a situation such as this arises please protect acct. holders /members as per FDIC contract.

I have been a former employee and customer, since the inception of Great Western. I have had many instances of fraud, where I'm in Cali and use my card... only to see a charge in another state within minutes. ALWAYS the fraud dept makes excuses or "does not receive" the documents asked for, which I know I sent. So, I lose money. Not the best way to treat your military clients!! Well, as if it couldn't get worse- today, I was into the branch. The line is ridiculous. I'm referred to the inside atm's. I make a large cash deposit. I am given a receipt reflecting the deposit, only for it to not reflect my account (in-person or online). I return to the bank. I patiently stand in line. The Op Sup Jessica tells me to sit and she'll help me. 15 minutes later and 6 other customers she's helping... I ask her if she will ever help me, as I too waited for help. She gives me attitude. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. After 25 minutes of waiting, a branch rep (Mr. Ayala) asks me to sit down. He too is nonchalant, brief, rude, and lacking understanding. Not once did he look me in the eyes. He treated me like some sort of liar. He tried to tell me that I'd have to wait 1-2 business days before my deposit could be found. I explained that the monies was for my little one. It was the weekend and we needed funds. I asked why the atm machine had no sign to reflect it was "down" as they claimed. His response, "maybe it's just you"- EXCUSE ME?! I have NEVER EVER been treated so poorly. Upon request of DM info, he feigned ignorance. I'm closing my 20+yr account and going to a credit union. That goes for family and friends too!

Didn't get her name, but the bank manager (black lady with a butch haircut) is a horrible, HORRIBLE person who should not be working in a public service environment. She has a huge chip on her shoulders, rude, and thinks that SHE is in charge of peoples accounts and money.Terrible bank. DON"T USE CHASE!!!!

Desiree Boyd..... Absolutely the worst banker on the face of the earth!!! She is EXTREMELY rude and egotistical! Tried to transfer funds and open a simple savings account for my child's college, but I will definitely not be doing business with Chase after seeing how their branch managers do business with customers. Way to go Desiree!!! I guess as long as you get paid, right???Off to Wells....
