We had a good experience. Czarina was responsive when we reached out and punctual for our appointment. She addressed our needs efficiently and the whole process was smooth. She met the timeline she promised. Kevin from MTS installed our blinds quickly and with care. Working with them was a stress-free experience and I would absolutely recommend their services.

I picked out window coverings that I thought I loved. When Kevin came to install I realized I made a big mistake. He was so nice about it he put my original coverings back on for me . Also I asked him to see if he could fix a broken shade until I ordered new ones. He was more than helpful.Then I called the owner Czarina Adan ,expecting her to say sorry nothing can be done because they are custom made. She was very nice and calmed me down.She said she will come over and help me pick out something else as well as try to cover some of the cost of my mistake. She came today and really helped me pick what I think will really look great. Also really worked with me to keep cost down. I will totally use them again very easy to work with.

We ordered blinds from Czarina and her team. My wife and I are pretty indecisive, but she stuck with us and helped us find the perfect blinds for each room throughout our home. She was so kind and caring that our daughter still asks about her! We could not be happier with the end result. Thanks so much!

My husband and I just moved into our new place, which came with sheer roller shades. We wanted to replace them with blackout shades and contacted Budget Blinds. After a virtual consultation, Czarina was able to find us the perfect shades to replace them along with sending a few measurements and photos of the existing fixtures. Thank you so much!!!

Not happy with this company the agent wasn't very friendly she was all business and kept sighing the entire time. We weren't advised on how the final product would fit. The ordering took an extremely long time and they weren't apologetic about it (2 additional weeks to be exact). When the installer came he informed us that there would be larger gaps on the sides where the string hung from (We ordered Roman & Roller shades). The installer didn't flush one of the rollers to the window casing, and to fix this issue it would require to drill in more holes. I definitely wouldn't recomend this place.In response to Czarina- I do have the right place.

Czarina is knowledgeable and transparent about products and pricing. I never felt pressured to purchase, nor did I feel like I was being upsold. After ordering, communication from Budget Blinds was consistent, letting me know when the estimated delivery and installation would take place. We had blackout shades installed in our bedroom last month, and this month, we had shutters installed in a guest bathroom. Both installers were friendly and efficient. I am very pleased and highly recommended Budget Blinds to anyone.

We ordered 3 window coverings for our bedrooms. Czarina came to our house with lots of samples and ideas. This is the second time Czarina has helped us with window coverings. She is easy to work with and makes it easy...every detail is perfect. Thank you Czarina for another job well done!

Czarina and her team at Budget Blinds are consummate professionals. They have been excellent communicators, providing prompt responses to questions, and they kept to the quoted schedule. Update....my shades were installed, but they're unacceptable. On one of the shades there's a dark mar in the fabric and a thread sewn into a pleat. I also paid an up charge for light filtering liners, but no liner was installed. I asked the installer to have the owner email me with a solution, but I've yet to hear back.

We have used Budget Blinds since we bought our home 20 years ago. The people are friendly, helpful and fair. The show up on time and have outstanding customer service skills. The prices are fair and the product outstanding. I appreciated Czarinas feedback when we recently remodeled our kitchen and family room. We are very pleased with Budget Blinds.
