Our cars (Teslas) have had bodywork done a few times by the Body Shop and we’ve never been disappointed with the quality of the workmanship and the promptness in getting out cars back.

Polite and professional staff. Very good repair work that took about a week and a half. True story...about a week after I got my car back somebody stopped me and asked if they could buy it. My car is 19 years old and nobody has ever asked to buy it, so I guess that says it all. The section they repaired looks almost brand new, but the drawback is that it makes all of the other flaws really stand out now. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hubcap they replaced is not an exact match to the original, but it's very close so no biggie.

The Body Shop in Simi Valley took great care of us and our vehicle. They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive to your needs and questions throughout the process, and they 'delivered' our vehicle back to us ahead of schedule with a super-professional product.

They were fabulous!!! From start to finish I was sent here by AAA after being involved in a car accident by their insurer. Michelle,Armando and Dino were all so helpful and explained to me on things I didn’t understand. They kept me informed on everything and did a great job on my repairs!! Would definitely use them again if I needed any bodywork done in the future!!

Came in when my undercarriage was wrecked and they removed the dragging shield pieces at no charge when they gave me a piecemeal estimate to aid in getting what I could out of my insurance. I really appreciate the help.

Everyone at the Body Shop is so friendly and helpful. Manny took care of my Mercedes and did a fantastic job! It’s very obvious how much he enjoys his job which is so refreshing. You can’t even tell ever had any body damage! The entire staff was enjoyable and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed! I would recommend this place and especially Manny to anyone who needs work done!

I had some damage caused by a Turo renter to a Tesla Model 3. Anyone dealing with Turo repairs knows the process is a long and arduous one. Manny was the representative on my repair and made a constant effort to fight for the right repairs to be made to my car, and to be covered by Turo insurance. Even after being denied specific and required repairs, Manny went above and beyond to get those repairs covered by supplying extra supporting documentation.
There was one small mistake in the rates per hour for specific kinds of tesla repairs in the initial quote for the repairs, which led to The Body Shop attempting to reconcile these rates near the end of the process. Naturally the insurance company was not happy with this and denied the rate reconciliation. This led to an extended period where I was forced to cover extraneous customer pay. However, again Manny provided supporting information well after the car was complete and released back to me and as a result, a compromise on the rates were reached. The rear interior headliner of the car was quite dirty after all the repairs, which seemed like a minor oversight, given the extent of the damage repaired, but should be clean after nonetheless.
Overall, Manny, Michelle, and Dino were great. Manny deserves a bonus for his hard work on this, and I would use them again. My constructive feedback would be to take a more detailed look at the car to ensure it's clean/repairs are complete before handing it back over.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this repair shop and would not recommend them for Tesla or modern car repairs. Here is a detailed account of my experience:
I brought my car in for repairs on February 19th and dropped it off with Rick. Despite waiting for 3.5 weeks, no repairs were done, and I received zero outbound communication from the shop. Rick failed to escalate my concerns to the manager, and Nino refused to speak with me. They could not complete the repair in a timely fashion.
After four weeks without a rental car and minimal communication, I was asked to pick up my car at night. Upon retrieving it, I discovered the computer screen was still in service mode, indicating the repair was incomplete. Here are the specific issues I encountered:
- The fuel gauge was broken.
- The rear sensors failed.
- The side panel was not repaired, allowing rain to enter the car.
- The paneling around the tire was not repaired.
During the walkthrough, I was blamed for the damage. Rick falsely claimed I had told him the damage from being rear-ended was from a previous accident, even though it was in the same spot they were supposed to repair.
Rick promised to call me once he spoke to my insurance representative, but he never did. I was asked to bring the car back, but I did not return until I received confirmation from my insurance provider that the repair would be covered. I had to contact my insurance provider myself two weeks later because they claimed they couldn't reach the adjuster.
My concerns were never addressed, and the service was subpar. Their skills with Teslas are far below those of other shops I've dealt with.
On a positive note, the coffee selection in the office was good, and the front desk receptionist was pleasant. However, I'd rather have been treated poorly with a properly repaired car.
Ultimately, I had to take my car to a credible Tesla repair shop in Westlake Village, where it was determined to be totaled. Avoid this place if you have a Tesla. They might be better suited for older models like an F-150 or a Chevy Silverado, but for modern service repairs, look elsewhere.

I had an absolutely great experience with The Body Shop!!! Had a not at fault accident and went through AAA. Armando was as sweet as can be. I loved that you can see status on a website. They got my car done 4 days early and it looks great. I will 100% recommend them always. I thank you guys for being so quick and thorough. Added a before and after photo!
