I have been going to Paul for years for servicing my bike and recently bought some Mondraker e-bikes from him. Paul was super helpful and had the bikes set up and dialed in perfectly. He also gave us an excellent deal and even had financing options.

I really wanted to like this place because its so close to my house. I brought my bike in for a regular tune-up after it had been sitting in my garage during winter. When I picked it up, I could tell right away not much was done to it. The tires where dirty and there were still cobwebs on the chain. When I mentioned that for $85 he could have wiped it down. He walked over and started chewing on his beef jerkey as he was talking (so rude and gross) and said that wasn't included. Instead of offering me a cloth or anything to make it right, he said he would refund me. Fine. As I was leaving and riding back home, the chain skipped and knocked me off my bike. The pedals won't move and now it needs to be fixed. I'm definitely not bringing it back to him for repair. He never did process my refund either. What a horrible experience.

I come here all the time for all my family's analog and ebike needs. Paul and Austin are awesome and I can't recommend them enough! They have shop rides and I join them regularly along with many other of the BNE family.

Best experience I've had from a bike shop by far.Stopped by to see if they had any chains to purchase after snapping mine climbing towards Rocky Peak, Paul was closing up for the day but still stopped what he was doing to immediately help me out.Thank you Paul for letting me borrow your tools and for saving the ride!

Paul is an asset to the community. Keeps my mountain bike in tip top shape! Knowledgeable and has very reasonable pricing. Definitely the place to go for all your biking needs.

I can't say enough about how these men know mountain bikes... buying a bike from them is like buying a pair of shoes from an old school shoe store. You know what i'm talking about.... where they size your foot with that weird aluminum sliding thing and they know what you are gonna need your shoes for... These fellas know bikes because they ride bikes... mad cool!!! Wish there was more than 5 stars... Billy Bob

Brought my bike here to have some minor adjustments made. Although I didn't expect them to be expensive, I did expect to pay something. Owner told me "no charge." Cool guy, I'll bring all my mtb related business to this shop.

Professional place. Great shop and outstanding service. I highly recommend. I stopped by to have a flat tire repaired and new brake pads installed..They did right then and I was back out riding a short time later. Thanks and again excellent service. A+

This is not my local bike shop but I'd gladly make my way over there whenever I can. Family owned business with knowledgeable and friendly service. Dealer for my favorite brand of bikes...Niner. Just had a part swap service and the outcome is flawless. Shifting is actually better than before my visit. Future tune up's and updates will be done here. Thanks Bicycle N*** fam!
