Horrible staff and customer service. They hide allocated spirits and instead of selling to customers who actually come to the store, they save it for themselves and their friends. And they’re rude about it on top of things.

The best place to go if you want to be judged based on your ethinicity. Highly racist staff especially the manager, the bald white dude will ruin your day so refrain visiting this place or you will come back with a high blood pressure. Thats not only me but alot of people are complaining the same.

I was not pleased with the service i got. both the employees that were working the front were rude to my friend and me as we tried being friendly and it was not reciprocated.

The service here was amazing! Ricky let us know about an awesome sale that we didn't even notice! He was so kind and had a great attitude! Could not be more happy with this experience!

i went here last Friday for the first time. i was looking for a dessert brandy and also getting wine and coffee liqueur. My 16 year old son and i walked in and i grabbed a basket he saw they had a soda he like so he proceeded to put a few in the basket. i than grabbed some wine and was on the hunt for the brandy. the basket was already heavy for me so my son said mom i will hold basket for you. he and i walked down the aisle with no sales or people to help me find dessert brandy. so i gave up grabbed some coffee liqueur and walked up to register. my son put basket down and this man came to register. i asked about brandy and said "he couldn't help me with out me knowing the name of brandy "i was like ok fine, than asked for my license. he than told me i could only buy coffee liqueur since my son was carrying basket with wine and he was underage. i said you are kidding me he said" no i am not. "i was livid that he told me what i could and could not buy. of course we left and went to local liquor store and was happy i spent my $140.00 there at a small establishment who let my son carry basket while shopping and of course helped me find the dessert brandy. i walked out with all the items that i purchased.

Came here to buy a gift for a white elephant gift exchange guy at register sold me on a second whiskey box set that wasn't used. Attempted to return the second unused gift box after the new year within 30 days but consequently after 7 days and was told No No No! Employees Greg and Toni could use a refresher on their customer service skills, was not able to exchange for beer, store credit or anything. Not sure why I'd ever go here again when total wine and more has BevMo beat on the price of most items for sale. All sales will be final at BevMo

My wife and me wanted to buy 4 small bottles (50ml) of Brandy/Kahlua for cooking so my wife puts the bottles on the counter and I am pulling out my wallet to buy them. The cashier asked for my ID which I gave him for scanning and I was about to pay then he said "I have to see her ID as well since she put the bottles on the counter".....I said "but I am getting these and I am paying" but he insisted. My wife had her purse in the car. Needless to say I was not happy and we left. We are both almost 50 years old. What a joke of customer service!

I asked the clerks where the nuvo was and told me they have never heard of it. Also they didn't have the selection of moonshine that they said they did.
