“I will never go anywhere else to get tires for our cars. Eddie is so fair with pricing. Service is friendly and efficient, and all I have to say is if you get your tires from them, they take EXCELLENT care of you. I had a huge nail/screw that punctured my tire. I called Eddie up, and he told me to bring my car by, and I was in and out of there in no time.

“I had to come in to this shop because of my careless driving, i hit a curb and needed a new tire. JR was super informative of what he could do best for me given that I had scratched the side of my wheel and said that is not something they can fix. He priced me for the tire and started the quick service. Meanwhile I am waiting only 10 minutes for this to be handled, this rude guest decided his issues were more important and cut the line of people waiting! I have to give it to JR and his team, this client came in, trying to convince, I think even himself, that the wheel had been damaged by the shop more than three weeks back, I hear over his tantrum moment. I only write this in my review because it actually took me 10 minutes longer to leave due to the fact I could not be charged out because this man did not want to own up to his careless driving just like I came in for. I appreciate JR and his tech’s for servicing so quickly and their friendly customer service.”

“A few days ago I went to oil changes for an oil change and to check out some fluids that were leaking from my car that looked like oil. We are taking the car on a trip and needed to be sure it was safe. They checked it out very thoughly I was so happy and as it turned out it was my transmission. The two guys that helped me were both named Jacob what a pair these two were I never felt so well taken care of ! Now we know what to do instead of chasing down theories. My car was making noise and shaking, and I've had bad experiences with the dealer and various other mechanics in the past, so my husband found Steve on Yelp and called the shop and Steve answered and told us to come on over. “Staff here is phenomenal! Best customer service of any tire shop I've ever been to. Did my tire rotation and repaired a tire for FREE even though I didn't get the tires there. I felt like I was family and not a customer so I decided to give them my business when I got into yet another brawl with a curb. As always, they were kind, fair priced, efficient, and on time. Very happy with the experience. It's obvious to me that the people who work there care about their customers and I can't say what a huge impact that has both on the client and the business. Very impressed and will definitely refer business.
