If it wasn’t for Jay, the owner of Auto Body Unlimited, my 2023 bmw 760 would still be sitting in my garage because Safelite insurance wouldn’t cover the cost of the glass and installation from BMW which was $4500. After a month of searching and searching I found Jay and we got on the phone with my insurance company and he agreed to do it with original oem glass. I took there at 8:30am and had my card back at 3:30 same day. My cars glass required calibration which is what takes the longest. I would refer anyone to Jay. He’s honest, easy to work with and runs a small business in our community which I like supporting. I also have a dent in my bumper from when an older lady who backed into me that never got fixed and he’s going to give me an estimate on it and I’m sure it will be fair.

Could not be happier! Called Jay and sent pictures. Immediately he gave me an estimate. He was able to get an almost new, used part and had me out the door in two days. Thanks Jay for all your help.

Jay is a straight shooter and his team's workmanship is hard to beat. I took my wife's 2021 Camry in for left fender and front bumper repair. I'm completely satisfied with the results. I would recommend Auto Body Unlimited to anyone.

I brought my Corvette in for painting. What started out as a good experience slowly turned into a regrettable experience. After about a month, I was put on the back burner and they were working on other cars before they finished mine. All of a sudden now that they were paid i was no longer a priority. First they broke my windshield and tried to deny it, and ended up only paying for half of my windshield. The car is returned without the rear window Seal and to this day has still not been fixed. The electric locks on the Corvette no longer work, nor do the windshield wipers nor the blinkers and various other small items like the electronic seat control. These things were all working prior to bringing it in for painting. I had just bought the vehicle for restoration and as such had inspected these things before bringing it to ABU. Months later, I dropped it off a second time to have these things and other things fixed or installed and after keeping it for two months (parked outside and unlocked the entire two months) I picked it up in worse condition than it was when I dropped it off. I have a box of screws that go to god knows what, my seats weren't even Bolted down, my dash was a sort of installed, but nothing screwed down and my glove Box door is bent and small items are missing. Nothing was fixed now they refuse to fix anything. So it looks like we're headed to court. Don't bother with this place. Employees don't show up half the time and they deny all culpability and lie outright about what they do and don't do.

Someone who works there driving a silver Lexus with business decals all over car cut off my truck while I'll was pulling a trailer and they ended up running a red light. You figure they would drive better being a collision repair service.

My experience with peter was very good. He beat 3 competitors prices. One company told me he would have to order my windshield, 3 days wait. Peter got the windshield installed it the next day. They arrived when they were suppose to and did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend peter to anyone who needs a windshield.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I took my beautiful 2017 BMW to Jay to be fixed after a moderate accident to the front right of the car. It has been over 5 months abs I still do not have the car back. He always has an excuse this part is on back order. Or there’s no tech available to do the work. Or there’s more damage than he first thought. Or this or that I think it’s all BS. As soon as the car is done I’m forced to sell it now. If it ever gets fixed. I have my doubts.

Given that I have never had to repair a fiberglass car body due to an accident, I didn’t know where to turn.So I took a gamble and found a company 25 miles away from my home. I just received the vehicle back, and it looks absolutely terrific.They also detailed the car, and was ready to go. They were on budget, on time, and made an additional improvement upon my request. I always wanted one of these vehicles since I was 12 years old so this car is very important to me. The owner Jay Schoen is hands on and this work shows it. Probably the worst auto experience I have ever endured! Took my work car here for a minor repair to a bumper. These people scammed my work, then screwed up the bumper install which caused trunk closing issues that took about 3 months for the owner to correct! The owner has one excuse after to another for delays. Bottom line is I don't think he pays his employees so they don't return to work as he kept saying employees don't show up to work, and if he doesn't pay his employees then he must not pay his vendors as he also used the vendor delayed parts delivery excuse. I tell every person I know to avoid this place like the plague or covid! Worse than zero rating from me.
