Our purchase started with the decision of lower cost versus higher quality.We decided to go with the Kohler products at American Vision Baths because of the quality of the product and of the sales presentation by Bobby G.I also want to express gratitude to the installers, Jose F. and Fernando. Their work was EXCELLENT!We are very pleased!

We just got our shower room installed. It looks beautiful. Dominic was very patient to explain everything and replied our messages back in time. Mary contacted us with the schedule all the time. The installation team, Tony, Leandro and Raymond are pleasant to deal with and very informative. Tony and his team found the sewer pipe issue in our home and informed us the potential problems we would face. It saves us lots of money and headache for the future since we "fixed" the issue now. They were not rush to finish the work. They made it done correctly. We do appreciate their hard work. Thank you all so much!

Before and AfterThe original shower, at one time, was considered modern. Fast forward to 2022, and a shattered glass surround told me it was over time to make a change.I did my due diligence, had a few estimates, and chose Kohler/American Vision Baths.The project manager, Bobby Guerrero, explained every detail and answered my many questions. There was ZERO pressure. Then the big install day arrived. That is when I met the installation team: Cesar, Tatiana, and Bernard. Every detail was well thought out, and they worked the way a team should: smoothly and efficiently. At the end of two days, I had the shower of my dream.I am one happy customer.

Randy Thompson our project manager was amazing. He answered all our questions and was very flexible with what we wanted. Jose Puentes and his team remodeled our shower and they did an amazing job. They were so neat and cleaned up so well everyday after working on our shower. They were super friendly and very easy to get a hold of when we needed them. I would recommend them to anyone doing a bathroom remodel. We are so pleased with our new shower. They made the remodeling experience so easy for us:)

I recently decided to purchase a walk in tub. The sales rep Randy was the nicest most personable and knowledgeable rep. Then my next encounter with this company was visiting their showroom. Again the nicest people I have ever dealt with. We brought my granddaughter who is almost three and full of energy and they were so kind to her. Even though she tried to destroy the office .The best part of my dealings was the installation. Our main contractor Alex explained everything to me and more. He had his helper Bernard with him and he too was great. Very professional and just all around good workers. Every mess they made they cleaned up very well. My new tub took three days and every day and every way Alex walked me through it all. I just can't say enough nice things about Alex and Bernard. The gal in the office Mary was so super sweet and helped us through the final steps. I recommend them highly. Their windows are beautiful also. If I need that I'll be sure to call them again

My heart's desire has been for a lovely walk-in shower. I chose American Vision Baths for the job, having heard many radio advertisements for their product. Our salesman, Kim, when above and beyond, even bringing me a sample of the stone product so I could match it to paint. It took a long while to get the supplies needed, but Covid has affected us all -- especially the construction industry! -- so I don't fault them for the wait. Tony and Jesse were my installers. They were friendly, helpful, and full of good advice for taking care of my new shower. They took excellent care of my home, leaving everything spiffy. Plus they made fast friends with the dog. The finished shower is the delight of this family. Thanks, American Vision Baths!

To get a Koehler walk-in tub, Koehler sent my contact info to American Vision Baths. It was a 3 month wait to get the tub installed & I was so excited. It took 3 days to "complete" the installation then I had to wait 24 hours before I could actually use it. What a disappointment. I was assured the tub was all tested out on day 3. Well, it couldn't have been because the water jets don't work. I had to hold the lever open for the quick draining drain. There's an area missing sealant under the door between the bottom of the tub & the floor. The installers had to remove the bathroom door then didn't check to see if the door would shut after rehanging it (it doesn't). For the high price & time, I was expecting far fewer issues. I'm hoping all of these issues are addressed in a very timely manner.Update: it took a week but the water jets not working, the missing sealant & the sticking bathroom door have been fixed. The problem with the drain lever not staying open apparently is a "feature." The tub was advertised as "quick draining." If I have to sit, hunched over holding a lever open & I need several rest breaks, that's not what I consider quick draining. For almost $25K for the tub & walls, one would think a drain lever could stay open.Update 2: All issues have been addressed & fixed. I know some companies would have just bailed, but AVB stuck it out & fixed everything to my satisfaction.

Tim, Leo, and Adrian are exceptional people, and installers! They know what they are doing, and they take their time to make sure all is functioning and aesthetically pleasing too. They're also happy to explain the process and answer any questions. They were very clean, they were very strict with their covid protocol, and they left us with a wonderful, functioning product that we could not have found elsewhere. After 6 months of searching, we are so very pleased to have found them! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a custom bath. 11 stars if I could give it!
