The staff were so kind and helpful. My dog Chloe was able to get seen by a vet the same day I made the appointment. They conducted a thorough examination and were able to treat my dog.

This is a horrible place I took my dog here to get blood work done the dr told me it does not look good and I should put my dog to sleep. I took my dog to VCA in Los Angeles and mentioned what this vet said and he was shocked. This place does not care about you or your pets they are in it for the money. My dog recovered perfectly fine and months have passed not since I went to this butchers office. The doctor here saw me for 30 seconds he would barely even explain anything to me I tried to ask him multiple questions then he sent his assistant in to speak to me. Worst place I’ve ever seen in my entire life beware.
Edit: l don’t like liars and you are disrespectful at this point in your response. You said you gave me a significant discount? I paid you almost $600 for bloodwork and an X-Ray. You said you recommended me to VCA specialist? I been going to VCA since 2012 you never recommended any specialist to me you just said to bring her to a hospital because I said I am not putting her to sleep I’m bringing her to VCA hospital. I brought up bringing her to the hospital you did not. Only reason why I went to your location is because you were nearby or else I wouldn’t of come. The dr walked in with Lucy’s paperwork and results and said it doesn’t look good I recommend putting her to sleep THEN I brought up that I would bring her to VCA for treatment. You were inside the room for 30 seconds. My experience at your office was so bad that’s why I wrote this review I’ve never written a bad review about any business in my life you are the first and I wrote this so people who visit you can see this and think twice about taking your recommendations about putting a dog or cat to sleep without exploring other options. You don’t fool me I see the dollar signs in your eyes and that’s exactly what it was you tried to milk every penny out of me because you could not do anything else besides to put her to sleep cause you could not treat her symptoms so as a last resort said I can put her down to milk a little more cash instead of saying the right thing like for me to bring her to a real hospital for treatment. Lucy recovered perfectly fine and the reason why she was even sick was because she ATE cat FOOD. You wanted to put her down BECAUSE her liver values were low because she ATE cat FOOD. There is nothing more to say if you want the best experience for your pet go to VCA it’s expensive but worth every cent for the best care.

American Veterinary Hospital is far and away the best animal hospital you could choose for your pets. The staff is kind and very knowledgable and professional staff who really do care about your pets. Also very affordable.

Hi I usually do not write reviews unless I’m warning people.But this is different I have been bringing my cat here for a bit it’s good although he would be better if he would take his medicine to be more comfortable,his condition is not curable and that’s ok … I needed to have my dog put down I was in another realm of emotional turmoil I had prayed to get me through this I called them they got me in they took care of the both of us I’m very grateful to say the least I’m also a very harsh judge of people and places I appreciate the doctors Honesty and humanness .That is very rare…Any way they were beautiful to me and my pet thank you ? ??

I love this clinic! The front office was so friendly upon arrival. Dr. Ekladios was very thorough and nice. The staff was so sweet to my cat and calming me down. I would highly recommend.

I brought my cat, Sabby, here a couple of days ago. Sabby randomly had a couple of asthma attacks during the night so we decided to come first thing in the morning to get him looked at. The staff and Doctor were SO great! They were able to fit me in super short notice. The staff were all so friendly to me!! Doctor Ekladios did such an amazing job at explaining everything to me. I am definitely switching over to this vet!! So happy with my service!

My cat Holly had horrible teeth, and I was quoted $3000 at the cat doctor for blood, X-rays, and dental work. I heard of American Veterinary Hospital through a friend when I mentioned this. When I went all of the staff was so incredibly sweet and caring. They quoted me their "dental special" for any pet under 40lbs it's $700 and it included everything diagnostic wise. The doctor answered all of my questions, and listened to all of my concerns. He made me feel a lot better about the stress levels my cat would encounter through the whole procedure. They were so gentle with her, and I could tell from her demeanor when I picked her up they had been gentle with her throughout the whole process. I will be coming back for all of my fur babies in the future for any emergency, urgent care, or wellness service I need. Thank you staff and Dr for being so kind with my Holly ?

Brought my 14yr old dog with a heart murmur in for a dental procedure and he recieved exceptional care especially being a senior dog!

Found them today, Sunday before Labor Day and was surprised at how inexpensive they were! Love the staff, love the doctor, and grateful for what they did to make my dog comfortable for the weekend!!! Definitely recommend them!!!!

I recently gave this veterinary hospital a try after a friend of mine told me she was very happy with her visit. The office charge is very reasonable, the staff and the Dr my dog saw were all very friendly. Montreux needed attention to his ear problems and a rabies vaccine. We will definitely go back again if needed. They are even open on Sundays!

It is engrained in my brain that any eye issues with pets are emergencies. After seeing what looked like blood in my dogs eye, on a Sunday morning, I started seeing what vets were open and could see my pup. Other than ER vets, American Vet was the only open location. They were able to see my pup within an hour. They suggested the course of action, which was great, but I couldn't afford the full amount at the time. The vet worked with me, and we adjusted what was absolutely needed to be done compared to what was needed and what could be considered preventative. After about 2 hours, my pup was home with meds.
Had another eye issue with my other pup, and Dr. Ekladios was very patient, kind, and understanding. Took the time to answer any questions and the course of action needed for my pup moving forward. Reception staff, vet techs and vets have all been amazing to work with. I'm so glad to have a vet / urgent clinic that is not only reasonable, but local. Thank you Dr. Ekladios and staff!! Linkin and Bonzo thank you too!!
