Floral dept - I was working a wedding (day of wedding coordinator) and Cheri came to deliver the floral arrangements. At first I thought maybe I was just imagining it, but even the wedding photographer noticed and told me how rude she was and with attitude, told us how we should be doing our jobs (as she teaches people how to be wedding planners as her other job). Later on, after the wedding I found out from the bride that those were not the type of flowers she wanted and she had discussed this beforehand with Cheri already. Instead of wrist corsages as the bride ordered, they delivered huge ones you pinned to the chest which was difficult for the mother of the brides. The bride and groom told me later on the cost of the flowers ended up being more thna what they originally agreed upon with Cheri. Just a heads up to be cautious, for those who plan on using the floral department for a wedding here. When I work with floral vendors, I usually don't run into issues, but this one I definitely remembered.

Albertsons/Sav-on pharmacy staff is Rude and uninformed. 30 day scrip they Won’t fill until day 31 and that can put you behind 8 to 12 hours on your meds. special orders called in let’s say like an early prescription they will fight you tooth and nail until you have to have your doctor call. There are many pharmacies to choose from transfer out of there and run.

This is a great Albertsons for the product. Do not leave your cell in the cart or even think you can come back for it and they will be honest enough to have kept it. Otherwise sure it's a great store.

There is a wonky fixture with 2024 calendars situated in the front of this store. The fixture toppled when we tried to turn it to view the assortment. One of the wheels is missing. Some genius replaced the wheel with a small log, making it a danger for everyone. Removing the hazardous fixture wasn't an option? Someone is not thinking of the Customer and potential public safety.

Store was looking nice especially during this holiday, good job! Buuuut the gentleman at the selfserves had an attitude when the machine asked for assistance, like it was an inconvenience helping me out. I work in a retail environment as well, I don’t know if he’s new or if he’s been there for a while, if he’s been there a while…yikes. But I been in his shoes tho, maybe a little more training can help.

Great Floral Department!We were very happy with the flowers from Albertsons in Simi Valley for a 50th anniversary party at a restaurant about a mile from the store. We talked with Chase and Cherie (the department manager) to order 15 small arrangements for individual tables and 1 larger one for the head table. They worked within our budget and color and flower preferences to design the right look and create beautiful pieces for our party. On the day of the party, store employees delivered the flowers at the agreed-upon time and placed them on the tables. Cherie took great care to be sure that everything was just right for our big day. We were extremely pleased, and would highly recommend Albertsons’ flower department.

Someone at self check out needs to be trained selling alcohol having to wait 20+ minute's with 1 cash register open is annoying and inconvenient every time i shop here and have alcohol in my cart

Standard "get your stuff, and get out" kind of place. I tried to get ClaritinD one time but the pharmacy was closed during normal business hours. Has a Starbucks inside. Has plastic bag recycling.
