I had an appointment for a vaccination.. I showed up on time and was told it would be a few minutes. After waiting 27 minutes I asked what the problem was. I was told they were doing a shift change and it would be a few minutes. Why would they do a shift change when they had appointments? Why not block the time out? I think that was a lie because the same 3 people were working with no new employees. I finally got my vaccine after waiting 34 minutes. Ridiculous!!!!!

I've gone here for years and can't believe how down hill it has become. Staff is less than helpful and extremely RUDE. If you ask a question they don't like it's attitude and beyond. I won't name names but the staff and make pharmacist is a reason to never go there.

I totally agree with the last lady. Krishna and Maria are the best!!! The rest of the staff needs a customer service class, they have become so rude.

This is the absolute worst most unorganized pharmacy/vaccine site I have ever seen. People standing in the grocery isle crowed together. No designated wait lines. No clear distinction where to register/where anyone should be going. Many people confused about what line they should be in. I understand it's busy but then maybe don't double book your appointments and then still be accepting walk ins. I could have let the lines and the lack of direction go, but the woman who checked me in was horrendous. Zero administrative skills and very rude. I'm pulling all my prescriptions from this nightmare pharmacy.

For as long as I have been a customer here, I have raved about this pharmacy. I have referred others and have had nothing but gratitude.First let me start by saying that Krishna and Maria are incredible, always top-notch customer service, always willing to go above and beyond (although it’s not expected), and have taken the time to get to know their customers. There is a star for each of them. The REST of the pharmacy staff would greatly benefit from a customer service training from these two. They are extraordinary, which is why it pains me that I will now be looking for a new pharmacy. Even when I am not picking up prescriptions, they always wave hello, know me by name, and are just pleasant, good humans. Unfortunately, I cannot say that for one other pharmacy staff member.Since COVID the rest of the staff has developed a very unpleasant and apathetic attitude. It’s very off putting. I cannot count how many times a staff member has snapped at me for no reason, been rude, or been callous. It’s really not okay or untenable behavior. They have become bitter and who needs that energy? Customer service is a significant part of your job. SIGNIFICANT.I get this has been a rough year. In fact, I really do understand this... I have had 4 days off total (worked every night and weekend), working 12-18 hours a days since March 12th, 2020, in isolation. I had a traumatic fall that left me with stitches in my face and a shattered nose. I had to have surgery (non-elective) to reconstruct my nose. I have dealt with intermittent blindness, severe headaches, doctors upon doctors, upon doctors all while working every single day (even the morning after the accident). I have had people rip my profession to shreds and to say that I don’t have PTSD from this year, would be a lie. So, I get how tough things are right now, and if this were an isolated case, I would not be writing this review, but sadly, it isn’t. This has become anticipated and expected behavior from the pharmacy and it’s cringe-worthy. I have raved about this pharmacy to family and just this week a family member had a terrible experience with one of the staff members being incredibly rude. I was so embarrassed that I referred them. To make matters worse, I tried to call and get more information and a different tech snapped at me for trying to get clarity to help my family member. It was very out of line. Here’s what I haven’t done throughout all of this... I haven’t been nasty to people for no reason and I have tried to be compassionate towards others, the same cannot be said for this staff. We all have struggled, but that doesn’t give anyone some free pass to be a j**** I make no attempt to lessen anyone else’s struggle, but these employees need to get over themselves (not sorry). Their attitudes present as if they’re superior, therefore they can behave however they want. You cannot. Golden Rule, people! Their attitudes also present as if they are inconsiderate, lack empathy, and combative. While I know your job has been extremely difficult, I would encourage you all to observe a teacher (professionals who have been nothing but society’s punching bag since August), nurse, or doctor behaving this way... When you find that these professionals are still giving endlessly with smiles on their faces despite their exhaustion, your IDGAF attitude really is a bit entitled, no? A little customer service goes a LONG way.The only two people who have remained kind throughout this year are Krishna and Maria. Thank you to both of you for your service. I’m sure when I find a new pharmacy, it will never live up to your service, but unfortunately the rest of your staff is in need of some serious customer service intervention. I just will not tolerate anymore nastiness from the rest of you staff. No one should have to either.

Very good pharmacy with a kind and courteous staff. It reminds me of an old fashioned small town pharmacy. The techs and the pharmacists are professional and helpful. Highly recommend this Savon!

This pharmacy is hit or miss. I'm super easy going and it takes a lot to frustrate me but I've had issues with different people at this pharmacy on numerous occasions. Sometimes they are OK and other times they have not been helpful and have had a dismissive attitude.

I wish I could give zero stars as I had the worst experience with this location back on the 18th of this month. My son went to the Doctor and it was discovered that he had a Sinus infection and Tonsillitis possibly Strep. She wrote a prescription I had no idea about as none of us have ever taken it in my family. Upon going to this pharmacy I waited and received my prescription with no consult and awful customer service. I found out 2 days later as my son was not getting better but getting worse and the medication they gave me was in the Penicillin family and my son is highly allergic. I called them on the 20th and the pharmacist who I think his name was Richard but not sure was very rude and seemed to blame my doctor for the whole issue. He even said " His allergy might not have been severe enough and so it was prescribed". I asked if the Penicillin allergy was flagged on my sons file with them and he said "yes". Obviously they lack in knowledge and should have caught the allergy before filling it if that is on my child's file. NOT once were they sorry, The pharmacist still thinks my son had a bad reaction which is a LIE. I have reported it to corporate and the California State Board. This was unacceptable as they darn near killed my child because of this. They are negligent and that is against policy to ignore things like this on file. I am disgusted and appalled by their behavior.

Excellent service and care. I have an extended family in my house and often pickup prescriptions for 3 members of my family. They are courteous and helpful. If a prescription is awaiting final doctors approval I get clear information on when they expect it to be ready. Thank you for all your help!

Note sure what eye sight the 1 star reviewers have but me and my wife of 54-yrs can recognize kindness and talent a long ways away. We have found that as we age we get invisible. But not here, not with Rene, Krishna, Schula, Maria, Liz, Tammy, Leslie and Kerr, if we forgot anyone we apologies. Need someone to help you navigate the system. Us too. Thank you all for doing your jobs with passion. Respectfully Mimi and Papa

I have been a customer for 10 plus years. This is a very well run place. Yes, the line can be a tad long during rush hour, but always received very good service. The Pharmacist Linda is very knowledgeable and friendly. The blood pressure machine is always clean and works well.

Total attitude. I've been here 4 or 5 times and finally learned my lesson. These guys as a whole are jerks. it's not just one person it's the culture. They don't acknowledge you when you're standing and waiting. They always speak in a condescending way. They act like they're doing you a favor, or they're annoyed by your presence. Today's experience is the final straw. My doctor called in a simple prescription refill at 9 o'clock. And when I showed up at 12:30 in the afternoon. They told me it would be another 15 or 20. There was no line, nobody seemed to be especially busy. In fact there were at least 4-5 people behind the counter. Fine I just went and did some unnecessary shopping for a while. Moms you'll know what I'm talking about: I showed up with my three-year-old daughter in the cart. They couldn't care less (not that they were obligated because of it). But good sales clerks tend to be sensitive of peoples time when they have a small child in tow. I did the shopping even though I didn't need to, and came back in about 15 minutes to wait. The guy gave me a dead pan expression then told me in a loud voice that I had returned too soon. I Hadn't even said anything, I had just returned to wait. But he had to be a j*** and condescendingly try to make me feel like a dummy Who couldn't tell time. There's more to the story but I will leave it here. My point is, it's not just one person. It's the culture at that particular pharmacy. In cases like this you can usually trace the behavior of the employees back to the boss. I am super easy to get along with. I don't act entitled and I speak respectfully to everybody. They can keep their condescending crappy attitude, and I'll find friendlier place to get my prescriptions filled.
